ISIS Is Selling Kidnapped Yazidi Girls For Just A Tenner: Is This Jihad Justified?

The “jihad” that the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria has begun doesn’t seem based on any morality. While these barbaric group of tormentors have continued on their path brutal assassinations and proudly exhibiting their inhuman skills, these group of individuals are committing some equally sinister acts that the world needs to know.

To date it has become quite apparent that the innocent schoolgirls the ISIS had kidnapped are being used as human shields. Though it was openly assumed that the ISIS regularly enslaved the women, these schoolgirls are now being openly sold for a just $10. These girls and Yazidi women are routinely raped and abused. Thereafter, they are sold for a few dollars to anyone who is interested in purchasing them.

Horrifically, as reported by Pamela Geller, these practices are actually condoned or, to a large extent, even justified within the Quran. The Psalm 23:1-6 reads:

“Prosperous are the believers who in their prayers are humble and from idle talk turn away and at alms-giving are active and guard their private parts save from their wives and what their right hands own then being not blameworthy.”

Those whom their “right hands own” (Quran 4:3, 4:24, 33:50) are actually slaves, and inextricable from the concept of Islamic slavery as a whole is the concept of equivalent sex slavery, which is rooted in Islam’s core devaluation of the lives of non-Muslims. The Quran clearly stipulates that a man may take four wives as well as hold slave girls as sex slaves. These women, who are typically captured in wartime, are considered the spoils of war and can be “enjoyed” in any way the men deem fit.

What’s sickening is Islam avoids the appearance of impropriety by declaring that the taking of these sex slaves does not constitute adultery if the women are already married. By Islamic law, their marriages end automatically at the moment of their capture.

A shocking manual of Islamic law directs:

“When a child or a woman is taken captive, they become slaves by the fact of capture, and the woman’s previous marriage is immediately annulled.”

The ISIS has declared war on all those who aren’t the followers of their exact faith. Yazidi are actually Hindu and are followers of Kartikaya, the son of Lord Shiva and his wife Parvati. Hence by definition, they are strictly abhorred by the ISIS and automatically qualify for extermination. Now that a U.S. journalist has been killed, will the world ask: Is this Jihad justified?
