Courteney Cox To Justin Theroux: Marry Jennifer Aniston Already!
Courteney Cox allegedly isn’t too thrilled about the fact that after two years of engagement, Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux haven’t tied the knot yet. The Friends actress has reportedly expressed her dismay over the apparent delay of one of her closest friends’ wedding.
According to insiders, Courteney has allegedly spoken with Jen over the issue. Although Cox hasn’t taken the matter too seriously, she apparently isn’t too comfortable with the fact that Aniston hasn’t walked down the aisle yet. An insider told British mag Heat about the current status between the three:
“They didn’t fall out over it and Court seems to have pulled things around with Justin now. She tolerates him and they get on OK, but as far as she’s concerned, he’s on probation,”
At least Courteney Cox is sure to exchange vows with Johnny McDaid later this year. Cox has already met with McDaid’s family in Ireland, where they all got along just fine. While meeting one’s mom-in-law isn’t a very exciting experience for some, being a big-shot celebrity like Courteney has its perks. According to a recent Inquisitr report, McDaid’s family loves the actress and is thrilled to have her as their newest family member.
Going back to Justin and Jen, showbiz insiders blamed the couple’s hectic schedules. With the actor spending most of his nights in New York for his show Leftovers, and Jennifer topping the movie charts in L.A., the couple is having a hard time straightening up nuptial plans, which Courteney Cox allegedly finds too troubling.
The irked-Cox stories come after rumors that the actress was hurt by Aniston’s fiery comments about plastic surgery and cosmetic injections began making its rounds on the internet. Although it’s too easy to assume that Courteney was the target of the statements (she did admit to using botox a few years back), there is currently no evidence to support a supposed spat between the two friends.
In other news, Courteney Cox’ ex-hubbie, David Arquette, has stated that he might not be able to attend his ex-wife’s wedding. Courteney and David has remained close even after their divorce, according to theHuffPost. However, Arquette says he “doubts” being able to attend Cox’ ceremony. The actor didn’t give any reason for his future absence but he reassured reporters that he and Courteney remain tighter than ever. In an old interview, Cox’ ex-husband said:
“I don’t know. We just love each other. Even though the relationship didn’t work out, we wanted to still remain friends and treat each other with respect and have a great relationship for our daughter.”
