Jay Z, Beyonce Suit: Blue Ivy, North West’s ‘Baby Mama’ Files Maternity Lawsuit
Jay Z and Beyonce are facing a suit because a woman wants a court to determine if she is Blue Ivy’s biological mother. And here’s another thing: The woman behind the maternity lawsuit against Bey and Hova allegedly has a similar pattern in claiming to have given birth to a number of other notable celebrity babies.
Starcasm, which claims to have exclusive details, says Tina Seals is the woman behind the stunning claims of maternity against Beyonce and Jay Z. According to suit documents filed in a Manhattan court, Seals is of the belief that the couple’s only child together is her own. Moreover, it is her testimony that she has a previous “connection” to the star-studded couple. Should the rumors pan out, it would mean Beyonce’s husband had a series of affairs after all. Imagine that?
The online gossip site came to the conclusion that the woman’s claims against Mr. and Mrs. Carter are bogus, and arguably, based on delusion.
After doing a bit of research I’ve determined the answer to that question in unequivocally ‘no,’ the author wrote.
Is the Jay Z-Beyonce suit with merit? Before dismissing Seals’ accusations of being Blue Ivy’s mom, think on this: recall allegations that cropped involving Bey’s “fake” baby bump while she was with child? Then, according to a report from The Inquisitr, there was mention of a so-called surrogate, and that the Crazy In Love singer was faking her pregnancy.
Additionally, with rumors of Beyonce and Jay Z divorcing over Jigga’s alleged affairs — which some prognosticators say is related to the Solange’s famous elevator fight — an argument could be made that Seals is on to something. However, upon closer inspection, it is likely the woman’s suit against the Carters is based on fairy tales and a bit of fool’s paradise. Here’s why.
For starters, the lady filed a suit against Kim Kardashian and Kanye West a while back, with a similar maternity claim: she is the biological mother of North West, the couple’s daughter. Reportedly, the case, which was dismissed last week, weighed heavily on the woman’s outlandish claims of relief — a record deal for her “22-year-old son” with Yeezy — and the fact that Seals filed about a dozen similar cases in the same month.
Not only did she file a lawsuit against Jay Z and Beyonce, Seals has claimed past maternity for children of Michael Jackson, Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey, and even Kate Middleton and Prince William.
And just when you think matters can’t be become in more bizarre, the “other woman” filed a civil action against the United States of America, Barack Obama and a list of other federal agencies and workers.
In her lawsuit, filed in a federal court in the Southern District of New York, Seals asked a judge for a sum of $5 million for “pain and suffering” and relief from the aforementioned federal defendants, who she claims harassed her for being an AWOL member of Congress. Her rationale letter to the judge claims that she has a history of homelessness, poor work history, and little education. Therefore, she could not possibly be a member of the House or Senate. Or could she?
No word has come out of Jay Z and Beyonce’s camp over the suit in federal court — and no one can blame them for being mum.
