Will Hayden Arrested: Blames Bitter Baby Mama For False Child Molestation Accusations
Will Hayden, of the hit reality show Sons of Guns, has been arrested in Louisiana on suspicion of molesting a child, the New York Daily News is reporting today. According to the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s office, Will Hayden, 44, was arrested and taken into custody last weekend for molesting his daughter. Hayden was also charged with crimes against nature. The original accusations were reported to police last week.
After Will Hayden’s arrest, he quickly posted a $150,000 bond. He was released the same day. Hayden has stated that the child molestation accusations stemmed from a sour ex-girlfriend who holds resentment against him for breaking off their relationship and marrying another woman. Will Hayden’s child has interactions with his new wife which angers the child’s biological mother. The child in question has spoken with officials at the Child Protective Services office and was later returned to Will Hayden’s home.
Will Hayden’s arrest has fans talking, and they don’t believe the charges against the Sons of Guns giant. Many have stated that he is innocent until proven guilty and that it was just a matter of bitter grapes from his ex-girlfriend and “ex-baby mama.”
An older daughter of Will Hayden, who has appeared on his reality show alongside him, has spoken out regarding Will Hayden’s arrest, stating that her father is a good father, and that there was never any impropriety in the family home.
When it comes to child abuse allegations, a person can be arrested and charged even without substantial evidence–a tactic that is often used by ex-lovers and ex-spouses to exact revenge. However, for the protection and safety of children, all child abuse claims should be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. It is also never OK for a parent to take the law into their own hands if they feel that the child has been abused by a parent, as stated in a previous article by the Inquisitr.
One Will Hayden fan and TMZreader offered a solution to the problem.
“Here’s an easy way to keep from this happening. Quit going from relationship to relationship feeling you need to father a child with every woman you meet. Then when you finally get married, you won’t have bitter ex’s coming out of the woodwork.”
According to Dr. Phil, if a person finds himself being falsely accused of child molestation, he or she should cooperate fully with the authorities and the protective service departments, contact the media to bring more attention to the case, and speak with an attorney.
It is also advised that the falsely accused person refrain from trying to talk it out with the ex-spouse or ex-lover. Will Hayden has denied all allegations.
