Tara Reid Bikini: Is That Cthulhu On Her Swimsuit Bottoms?
Tara Reid recently showed off her bikini body, and it looks like she’s all ready for Sharknado 3 – or maybe her next original Syfy movie is going to involve man-eating crotch octopi.
Reid shared an Instagram photo of a teeny black bikini complete with a pair of pretty bizarre bottoms. The super-skimpy briefs were adorned with strings of colorful beads, and Tara was probably going for a beautiful boho look. Unfortunately, the strings of beads resembled tentacles, and this made her crotch look a bit like a mini-Cthulhu. Tara’s bikini bottoms would have been the perfect wardrobe choice for Maud Adams’ character in Octopussy.
Tara Reid is obviously proud of her extremely slim figure and her strange swimsuit choice. She took multiple snapshots of the bikini, and she captioned one Instagram photo, “Do you like my beads?”
Perhaps the sexy swimsuit shots were a response to the way one of her American Pie costars recently criticized her bikini body. According to E! News, this is what Jason Biggs said about Tara Reid during an interview on Joan Rivers’ show In Bed With Joan:
“Tara’s body—I don’t know what’s going on with it. I don’t think she ever knows what’s going on with it.”
Biggs later tweeted that he was just joking and apologized to Tara.
As The Inquisitr previously reported, Reid claims that she’s currently happy with her body after it was “completely butchered” years ago. However, she’s not going to rule out going under the knife again (maybe another botched plastic surgery will result in the Sharknado 2 star scoring a real buzz-saw hand). Here’s what Tara Reid said about getting more plastic surgery in the future:
“I can’t say I’m never going to have more surgery as I don’t know how I’ll feel in a few years time. Right now I’m happy with my body, though. But the mental and physical pain I went through after I had the surgery was horrific. I went through two years of living in denial and everyone saying how bad my body was.”
You can’t blame Tara Reid for wanting to show off her body now. The party girl revealed that there was a time when she couldn’t wear bikinis, and because she couldn’t show off her body, she actually lost out on movie roles. According to Us Weekly, here’s what Tara Reid told CBS News about her nip/tuck nightmare:
“My stomach became the most ripply, bulgy thing. I had a hernia, this huge bump next to my bellybutton. As a result, I couldn’t wear a bikini. I lost a lot of work.”
Somehow she managed to make her body sound like a Syfy movie monster.
Tara Reid has also defended her tiny frame. She doesn’t believe that she’s too thin, and she claims that she doesn’t deprive herself of fatty foods like burgers and fries – she just has a really fast metabolism.
