Teresa Giudice Court Date Fast Approaching: ‘She’s Good’ Says Melissa Gorga
Teresa Giudice is less than two months away from her court hearing where she will find out her punishment (and the punishment of her husband, Joe Giudice) for several federal fraud charges.
The Real Housewives Of New Jersey star has done a great job at keeping it together, especially on the show, but there is no doubt that she is having a hard time with all of this. According to Us Weekly, Teresa’s sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, recently spoke out about the situation, and she said that Teresa is doing “good.” The two women have supposedly moved on from their troubled past and have been getting along lately.
“Yeah we talk to her. She actually just stopped by our shore house, but we weren’t there. She was at the back on the boat. Yeah we talk to her. She’s good you know, Teresa’s strong. She’s good.”
Teresa Giudice faces about two years behind bars while Joe Giudice is looking at quite a bit more time. Many suspect that Teresa will get off, perhaps with restitution (likely by way of hefty fines), while Joe will be sentenced to prison. Although this is a very real possibility, some believe that both Teresa and Joe will be heading to jail in September — and that is a lot for someone to handle. At this point, Teresa is focusing on her four daughters and trying to stay strong for them.
There have been some rumors that the reality star was fired from RHONJ, but there has not been any confirmation. As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Giudice was let go because she refused to attend the annual cast trip (this season the ladies traveled to Miami).
However, anyone who has stayed on top of the Giudice’s legal situation knows that the judge presiding over the case put Teresa and Joe on lockdown. The two are not allowed to leave New Jersey or New York… at all. Therefore, she legally could not go to Miami. And so, she probably didn’t get fired… at least not for “refusing” to travel.
Teresa has been tweeting up a storm about RHONJand even other Bravo shows, perhaps proving that things between her and the network are kosher. Why else would she promote the show?

Teresa Giudice definitely has a long road ahead of her. There is practically a zero percent chance that both she and her husband are going to avoid prison time after pleading guilty to several federal fraud charges as part of a plea deal… and it’s a scary time for their family.
Teresa and Joe are scheduled to be in court on Sept. 23.
