Justin Bieber Strikes Back With ‘Crying’ Photo Of Orlando Bloom
Justin Bieber has struck back on Instagram, after actor Orlando Bloom confronted and tried to strike him at Cipriani in Ibiza, Spain, on Wednesday morning. Later that same day, the singer posted a photo of the Brit crying. One possible message being, Orlando’s loss of his separated supermodel wife Miranda Kerr is a prize Justin takes responsibility for.
Justin Bieber strikes back. On Instagram, at least.
Bieber appears to have had enough. Whatever the reasons behind Bloom’s grievances, it does seem to have been forgotten that the singer was attacked and is likely outraged at the violation. He has possibly come to the conclusion that people are going to hate him anyway, so why not give them some fresh material?
Hours after British actor Orlando Bloom’s physical confrontation with the “Baby” singer at the Cipriani restaurant in Ibiza, Spain early Wednesday, a day later [US time] Bieber posted an Instagram photo of the thespian crying like a baby.
Bieber ‘borrowed’ the “crying” photo from Bloom’s emotional reaction to his September 19, 2013 Broadway debut in Romeo and Juliet, when he cried at the opening night and after-party in New York.
The 20-year-old’s singer’s message to Bloom – who, evidently believes Bieber is part or all of the reason for the end of his three year marriage and six-year relationship to separated, supermodel wife Miranda Kerr – could be “I’ll give you something else to cry about.”

Bieber’s social media chess move follows the unseemly face-off that erupted when Bloom approached the singer and tried to shove or punch him in the upscale Ibiza hotspot in the wee hours of Wednesday, July 30.
A blurry Norwegian media video shows one of the Canadian’s bodyguards blocked the Lord of the Rings’ actor’s arm, but Orlando was later seen on a TMZ-obtained video outside the restaurant having a non-friendly verbal exchange with Bieber.
While most media reports state Justin’s “Bloom weeping” “bawling” or “crying” photo is the singer’s second Instagram missive, it’s actually his third.
Some time after his brief but unpleasant encounter with the 37-year-old Orlando, the singer posted a bikini photo of Kerr captioned with a crown emoji. Twice, and at different times, before deleting both.
After the Kerr photos, naturally media and the Internet revisited persistent rumors that Bieber and Kerr hooked up after they first met at a November 2012 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in New York City, in which Kerr modeled and Justin performed.
Within days, Justin and his then girlfriend, actress-singer Selena Gomez broke up.
Fast forward to last October, Bieber was named in a British tabloid report as a cause of the friction between Kerr and Bloom, shortly after the couple announced they had split. As the rumors of Bieber’s alleged involvement mounted, Kerr’s attorney sent out a letter denying rumors of infidelity.
So does Kerr’s own husband not believe her?
Since then, Bloom was also spotted hanging with Gomez on a group outing in L.A. in April. Paparazzi images showed Gomez hiding her face while Bloom got up to leave. Claims of dating were later denied.
Meanwhile, eyewitness accounts of the Cipriani clash conflict. The video appears to show Bieber surprised by Bloom and also shows the actor doing the talking rather than the other way round.
Source reports seem unable to agree on what the singer may have said to Bloom before the punch – if anything.
“Justin was at one table, and Orlando was at another,” one witness reportedly told Page Six.
“But when Bieber and his party were later walking past Bloom’s table, Orlando refused to shake Bieber’s hand. Bieber said something rude to Orlando, like, ‘She was good.'”
That quote is categorically denied attributable to the singer by a Bieber source, who told the same outlet:
“Justin didn’t even know Orlando was there. But when they saw each other – it was Orlando who was just being an a-hole to Justin. They got in each other’s faces and there were words. But they were separated by their entourages.”
In the Norwegian video Bieber is not seen holding out his hand in a handshake, nor does he walk past Bloom while he is seated at a table. Both guys are seen standing up throughout the video.
An insider reportedly added: “When they were back together again, Orlando threw a punch at Bieber. He just tried to pop him! The whole place cheered.”
But a Bieber source downplays Bloom’s punch, telling Page Six: “There was no contact. He missed. Then there was some ‘tough-guy shoving’ and they were separated.”
Similarly, in contradiction of TMZ’s claim that a source claimed Justin said something about having sex with Miranda, E! News reports:
“Justin was being cordial to the guy, but then Orlando took a swing and missed. That’s when Justin mouthed off to him—but only after Orlando took the swing.”
Bieber won’t get the popular vote in his fast-moving battle with Bloom, but perhaps the actor should look elsewhere for reasons as to why he and Kerr split, given that earlier this year the model stated after her separation that she wanted to explore a bisexual lifestyle?
Incidentally, Kerr was announced Wednesday as the new face of 7 For All Mankind Jeans, no doubt to take advantage of the spotlight. A 30-second spot neatly nutshells why the boys have gone to war.
The next move, Instagram or otherwise, is Bloom’s — if he’s so inclined.
