French Montana Hasn’t Fathered A Kardashian…Yet.

French Montana and girlfriend Khloe Kardashian set the internet abuzz this week because of a particular photo uploaded to Kardashian’s instagram feed. The photograph shows Kardashian standing to the side with her right hand gently cradling her stomach.

The photograph set off instant and persistent pregnancy rumors, but they may be without merit.

29-year-old Montana, born Karim Kharbouch, is a practicing Muslim. The Muslim holy month of Ramadan began June 28th this year. During Ramadan, Muslims abstain from food, water, and sex during daylight hours. According to People Magazine, Kardashian claims Montana has taken it a step further and the two haven’t had sex since the beginning of Ramadan.

Still by all accounts, Kardashian is completely devoted to Montana, and a baby may not be too far in the future. Sources who know the couple told Us Weekly that Monanta’s easy-going attitude and “infectious smile” hooked Kardashian early on, and Khloe has said she can see her relationship with Montana being a long one.

Not everyone is thrilled with the idea of Montana dating Khloe Kardashian. A promo for an upcoming episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians teased a heart to heart discussion between Khloe and older sister Kim. The topic? French Montana and it seems Kim doesn’t approve.

Kim may not approve, but at least one Kardashian seems willing to give Montana the benefit of the doubt. Early in the summer, Montana was spotted on a double date at a restaurant in the Hamptons with Khloe, her sister Kourtney and Scott Disick.

While Montana and Kardashian’s relationship may not be lacking in controversy, the couple has been playful and all smiles in public. The relationship gave Kardashian a much needed escape from the weight of her divorce from ex-husband Lamar Odom, and it’s given Montana wide-reaching publicity. Which may be exactly the problem.

According to Us Weekly, sources have said the tight knit Kardashian family is concerned that French Montana is only dating Khloe for the publicity. Their courtship has involved very public displays of affection on the couple’s social media accounts. French Montana has become a regular in the tabloids and celebrity news because of his association with Kardashian. Khloe has even appeared in one of French Montana’s music videos.

Family objections aside, Khloe Kardashian has shown no signs of ending her relationship with French Montana. If Montana’s Instagram is any indication, he has no intentions of straying either. The rapper posted a photo of Khloe’s butt while the two traveled to Las Vegas for celebrations of Khloe’s 30th birthday.
