Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck Expecting Third Child
Hollywood couple Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are expecting their third child, the couple has confirmed.
Affleck and Garner, both 39, have said they are “thrilled” about the pregnancy. The couple are parents to two girls- Violet, 5, and Seraphina Rose, 2. New baby buzz began surrounding the couple back in May, when Garner was spotted both in baggier clothing than she typically favors as well as a form-fitting black sheath dress that revealed the telltale curve of pregnancy. At the time, however, Garner’s rep denied the rumors had any merit, adding that “speculation is false, [Garner] is not pregnant.”
Britain’s Daily Mail reported:
Rumours of a possibly pregnancy first sparked when Jennifer was seen leaving a book store with Violet in late May with a noticeably fuller figure. The usually svelte star wore jeans with another baby blue sweater and held her delightful daughter’s hand as she skipped along.
She was also seen later in the month going to a business meeting in a fitted black dress that showed a more rounded stomach, which continued to set the rumour mill alight.
It could be a good time for the couple- who celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary in June- to add to their family. Garner recently starred alongside Russell Brand in Arthur, and recently wrapped filming on Butter, also starring Olivia Wilde, Hugh Jackman, Ashley Greene and Alicia Silverstone. (Silverstone also just welcomed a baby, a boy named Bear Blu.)
Garner also just completed The Odd Life of Timothy Green, and appears in Backwoods and Better Living Through Chemistry, due out next year. No word on when the new Garner-Affleck collaboration will arrive.
