Rihanna Shows Twitter Range: From #FreePalestine To Wendy Williams Brawl
Rihanna has covered a lot of ground via her Twitter account in the last few days, leap-frogging from the World Cup, to #FreePalestine, to a colorful Wendy Williams exchange.
Sunday Rihanna was all a-twitter, tweeting as a huge soccer fan from Brazil, partying with the German players following their incredible World Cup victory:

Whether or not Rihanna would have been partying with the Argentina team, had they come away the World Cup winners, remains unclear.
Regardless, the World Cup over, Rihanna’s twittering ‘#FreePalestine’, and her lively response to a Wendy Williams affront, turned the Stay crooner’s Twitter-verse more controversial as the week progressed.
Tensions and attacks between Israel and Hamas have continued to escalate, peace talks crumbling and missiles raining into Israel while Israel counters the attacks with a firm response of its own.
Rihanna’s response?
It only took Rihanna eight minutes to delete the #FreePalestine tweet, according to TMZ. But eight minutes was apparently long enough for many Rihanna fans, and others, to take offense, though a “source connected to the situation” told TMZ,“She deleted it because it was never meant to be tweeted… She didn’t even realize it was a tweet until she started hearing from her fans.”
Ooops!
The unidentified source explained to TMZ, that the controversial tweet was really much ado about nothing. Rihanna was simply reading an online article about the conflict in Israel, she clicked a link, and then all of a sudden fans were asking her why she was so pro-Palestine.
While many inexplicable coincidences would have to converge for #FreePalestine to be typed and tweeted, the TMZ source said Rihanna is neither pro-Palestinian nor pro-Israel:
“She is pro-peace – She doesn’t want innocent people dying.”
Still, an accidental Tweet? Really? Okay.
But Rihanna’s brouhaha with Wendy Williams sure doesn’t seem like an accident, Wendy Williams throwing some choice words and insults Rihanna’s way, and Rihanna, like the empire, striking back.
Judging by the report from the SingersRoom.com, Wendy Williams was stirring up trouble and boy was she successful!
Recently on her Wendy Williams Show, Ms. Williams was talking about Chris Brown and Drake being in the studio together before saying that Rihanna was a hit it and quit it type girl.
“I don’t think anybody but Chris has been serious about Rihanna,” said Williams. “Rihanna is like, you hit the skins and scram.”
Not very nice, right? Well, Wendy was just getting started:
“Rihanna is not girlfriend material,” said the hostess, before, arguably, getting too personal. “She’s hot, she’s sexy, you do her, then you take your penicillin.”
Williams basically, and publicly, stating that Rihanna has STDs, left the door wide open for who knows what kind of response from Rihanna. But, perhaps tired of it all, or simply in no mood, Rihanna let a fan video she uploaded to Twitter be the comeback to Williams’ slights:
“B*tch, why you mad? Cause my P***y pops severely and yours don’t?”
