When Jay-Z and Beyoncé skipped out on Kanye West’s wedding to Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, Kim Kardashian, several media outlets began speculating that the two famous couples were at odds. Now, another report has surfaced reportedly confirming that the two couples have cut ties with each other.
According to OK! Magazine , the Carters want absolutely nothing to do with the Yeezus rapper and his reality TV star wife. It has also be said that their children aren’t even allowed to play together. An inside source close to the Holy Grail rapper revealed shocking details about his superstar wife’s disdain for Kim. More times than not, the two ladies ended up stuck together during the rappers’ massive co-headlining Watch the Throne tour. The tour lasted from October of 2011 to June of 2012.
Although Kim and Kanye didn’t publicly announce they were together until April of 2012, its highly likely the two ladies may have spent a number of occasions together. But unfortunately, the insider revealed that Queen Bey wasn’t too impressed with the Armenian beauty. Now, the On the Run couple is reportedly tired of being linked to the Kardashian clan.
“When the rappers were on tour, Beyoncé was forced to sit with Kim at shows and hang with her after, and she put up with it through gritted teeth. Now the newlyweds have even been spending more time at their New York apartment, just two blocks away from Jay and Beyoncé’s home there, in a bid to get North to bond with Blue Ivy. However, the insider says the superstars are fed up with being associated with the Kardashian brand.”
Reports suggest that the two rappers are now only tied to business obligations and have no further contact with each other, despite years of friendship. It was also reported that Jay-Z opted to have a heart-to-heart with his longtime friend and colleague.
The “Tom Ford” rapper reportedly warned the rapper about how bad choices in his personal life could interfere with the longevity and overall success of his career and brand. On July 5, Kanye was actually booed during a concert overseas. Spectators actually began leaving the show when the “Guilt Trip” rapper went on a 20-minute rant that had absolutely nothing to do with music or the performance itself. 
According to Examiner , another inside revealed that Jay-Z and Bey also feel “they’ve been dragged through the mud with all the drama surrounding their absence at the Kimye wedding.” So, it would be better to just disassociate themselves from the couple altogether.
However, the Carters apparently aren’t the picture perfect couple themselves. With Jay-Z’s alleged affairs , Beyoncé’s pregnancy rumors and cheating accusations , divorce speculations , and of course, Solange and Jay’s infamous elevator war , its safe to say the Carter family has their fair share of problems also.
But, Beyoncé has made an attempt to be cordial despite all of the rumors running rampant. Following the couple’s Vogue shoot, the “Drunk in Love” singer took to Instagram with a brief congratulatory message to the couple. “Wishing you a lifetime of unconditional love. God bless your beautiful family,” she wrote.
Hopefully, the rumors aren’t true, but only time will tell!
