Selena Gomez Partying With ‘Very Bad Crew’ As Sober Friends Desert Her [Report]

Selena Gomez’s suspiciously large breasts may not be the only surprise to emerge in recent days. According to a new report, the starlet is partying with “a very bad crew” and allegedly taking the kind of drugs that may make her trip to rehab in January an indication of things to come.

Selena Gomez is allegedly partying like a boss on hard drugs with a “very bad crew” without responsible pals around her, according to a new report.

Typically at The Inquisitr, we take a cynical view of gossip reports. But while a recent claim by In Touch Weekly magazine claiming Gomez and former boyfriend Justin Bieber recently snorted cocaine at the 1Oak club in Los Angeles was disproved by Perez Hilton after a club rep confirmed Bieber never visited, persistent allegations of Gomez partying with substances keeps surfacing.

Back in January 2014, the 21-year-old checked herself into an Arizona rehab facility where she stayed for 14 days. The center treats patients aged 18 through to 26 who are “struggling with emotional trauma and dependence, addiction, or dual diagnosis concerns.”

A credible explanation as to why Gomez was admitted to rehab never materialized.

A month later, the star’s rep released a statement saying, “Selena voluntarily spent time at Meadows but not for substance abuse,” when news of the rehab stint broke.

At the time, Radar Online, TMZ, and a few other outlets alleged the Spring Breakers starlet was addicted to cocaine, alcohol, and Ambien (short term medication for insomnia), while E! News cited a Gomez source saying she entered rehab because she was basically addicted to Bieber and “just needed to clear her head.”

Now, six months later Radar reports an eyewitness claims Selena partied hearty over the Fourth of July at the 1Oak party in Malibu and was allegedly heavily under the influence.

“Selena was definitely feeling no pain over the weekend at 4th of July festivities in Malibu,” said the insider.

Adding: “There were numerous trips to the bathroom with and Selena would emerge several minutes later, giggling, and holding her nose.”

The source continued: “Selena is hanging out with a very bad crew right now.

“These are new friends Selena has recently made since being released from rehab. These definitely wouldn’t be approved for any person attempting to lead a sober life.”

It’s claimed friends are “extremely concerned” about the “Come and Get It” singer’s behavior as trusted friends have pulled away.

Gomez wasn’t at friend Taylor Swift’s star-studded Fourth of July throwdown, and on July 2 reformed cocaine addict and singer Demi Lovato, 21 — who has known Gomez since they starred as children in Disney’s Barney & Friends — cut off contact and unfollowed Selena on Twitter.

According to multiple reports, Lovato also allegedly tweeted then deleted a furious message attached to a photo which read: “Swimming away, from the bulls**t, bye b***h.”

Radar’s insider claims: “Selena was overheard at a party talking trash about Demi.”

“Demi is all about her sobriety and is taking it very seriously. She attempted to help Selena stay on the right path, but Demi’s efforts were rebuffed. It breaks Demi’s heart because she just doesn’t think this is going to end well for Selena.”

Between Gomez’s cryptic, emotional Instagramming, first seen in April and recent instances of salty behavior – including her nip slip in a New York City club on Wednesday and denied claims of boob job surgery – reports that she has addiction and/or emotional co-dependence issues outside of her relationship with Bieber may be solid.

Of the alleged “very bad crew,” a source stressed to Radar: “This can’t be blamed on Justin Bieber, this is completely separate from his world, this is Selena’s world and her rules.”

Gossip Cop recently reported there was no reunion between Bieber and Gomez despite the two going on a few dates just three weeks ago.

Selena is currently in New York City reportedly taking work meetings. And partying.
