Duchess Of Cornwall Visits Miners With Charles: Does That Mean The Divorce Is On Hold? [Rumor]
The Duchess of Cornwall, Camilla Parker-Bowles, recently accompanied Prince Charles to a memorial ceremony for Welsh miners who died as a result of accidents in coal mines. During their visit, they met with relatives of those who were killed in the area’s biggest disaster and laid a wreath at the Welsh National Miners Memorial in Senghenydd.
The perfect example of a Royal Couple carrying out their royal duties. This meant that the Duchess of Cornwall had to smile for the cameras and act in the gracious manner befitting Great Britain’s future Queen Consort.
Which must have been very difficult for her under the circumstances, due to their numerous reported heated arguments.
Globe Magazine has run a number of stories over the past year detailing how awful their marriage is. It has alleged that the two of them are constantly locked in battle over nearly everything. The biggest issue being Charles’ potential accession to the throne after the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II.
Last month Globe Magazine reported that Camilla, during an alcohol-fueled argument, told Prince Charles to go back to live with his mother. It claimed that Charles hates the fact that he is married to an angry drunk, and after one particularly ugly fight, he actually stormed out of the palace.
Of course, there have been rumors of divorce, and the allegation is that the Duchess wants a hefty sum of money as a settlement – around $350 million. Camilla is reportedly beyond livid over suggestions that the Queen has decided to abdicate next year and hand power over to Prince William, rather than Prince Charles.
CelebDirtyLaundry.com reports that, according to the July 14th print edition of Globe Magazine, Queen Elizabeth has told Charles to go ahead with the divorce rather than continuing to pacify Camilla.
She allegedly summoned Camilla to Buckingham Palace and had a few strong words with her. Supposedly, The Queen told the Duchess that she’s a complete disgrace and the family needs to be rid of her.
Ironically, after being given such a rough time by the Queen, Camilla is said to have turned to Charles for comfort!
It’s true that every marriage has its ups and downs and to an outside observer, their problems and arguments are typical of any relationship. But their’s is not just “any marriage.” We’re talking about a possible future King and his Queen consort.
Maybe now, the Duchess of Cornwall understands some of the downsides of marrying into the British Royal Family.
However, she may not remain in Globe’s sights forever.
How long will it be until rumors about William and Kate grace its front page?
