Justin Bieber Posts Video Of Tom Hanks Wearing Yarmulke And Dancing To Throwback R&B

Justin Bieber shared a video of Tom Hanks – yes, Tom Hanks – dancing to throwback R&B at a wedding. And well, you have to see it. To watch it, is it to love it.

It’s the video that’s everyone’s talking about. And Justin Bieber posted it. Tom Hanks is in it, wearing a white yarmulke and lip-synching to Montell Jordan’s 1995 hit while at a wedding throwdown.

Bieber posted this improbable scenario Monday, captioning his Instagram video,”Haha Tom Hanks singing “This Is How we do it” dressed like a Rabbi lol #thatdancetho.”

The clip has already attracted over 508,000 “Likes,” and counting.

And no wonder. It’s not everyday one of the world’s biggest pop/R&B superstars reveals one of our finest and best loved actors throwing shapes on a dance floor, decked out as a rabbi and getting down to an old school, 90’s record.

Hank’s dance went down in Canada at the reception for Scooter Braun’s wedding to “F–K Cancer” charity founder Yael Cohen in Canada and was captured by the Biebs on camera.

Braun is Bieber’s longtime manager. He also manages Carly Rae Jepsen, Ariana Grande, Cody Simpson and more, which came in handy when one of those singers pulled off a take on the Brit film Love Actually wedding scene.

Actually (pun intended), Bieber did exactly that to the familiar strains of the Beatles “All You Need Is love,” accompanied by musicians in the audience, with Hanks and his wife sitting in the foreground.

There’s something really fun about seeing watching such an established, venerated actor get his R&B Rabbi on at a Jewish wedding as a crowd loses it.

And names such as Bieber, Sophia Bush, Hanks, Jepsen, Sheeran coming together could probably only happen at a wedding or party.

In a message to the bride Yael, 27, which accompanied a photo of the pair, Bieber wrote:

“Congrats Yael ) u looked like a princess last night. And damn I can’t believe Scooter found someone that puts up with his bs ) love you guys.”

For her part, Yael posted an Instagram of herself gazing happily at Scooter, and captioned:

“Yesterday was officially the best day of my life. #sybwedding ??”

There’s only one niggle left over from the Braun-Cohen wedding, and it involves Bieber’s on-again, off-again girlfriend, Selena Gomez.

Bearing in mind that Bieber and Gomez currently appear to be in an off-phase again after their recent, surprise reunion, on Monday the Spring Breakers actress posted a Instagram photo of a Canadian landscape in Muskoka where Bieber has a cottage.

Gomez’s caption read: “Always said I was going to end up there, but I guess that’s where it was meant to end.”

The meaning seems to convey that the actress-singer met up with Bieber at the cottage and ended her relationship with him.

As for Hanks, the lauded actor may have pulled off a rabbi doing dad dances moves, but a West Side hand gesture eluded him.

“Molly loves Rita. Tom can’t do West side. Life really is like a box of chocolates,” Instagram user ryangraves quipped on the site on Monday.
