Lil Wayne Dating Christina Milian: Are The Rapper And The Singer A Couple?

Lil Wayne is reportedly getting up close and personal with Christina Milian.

It appears that Weezy isn’t immune to rumors about this love life this summer. While some of his fans are wondering when the guy will finally release his highly-anticipated album Tha Carter V, others are more concerned about who the guy is dating.

When a few folks spotted Lil Wayne and singer Christina Milian hanging out together at the BET Awards, people automatically assumed that they were a couple. Neither Wayne nor Milian have confirmed these rumors, but that doesn’t mean we can’t whisper behind our hands about the situation.

According to the Latin Post, people started speculating about Lil Wayne and Milian’s relationship quite a while ago. Just when it appeared those rumors had died down, the pair were spotted leaving a BET Awards after party together.

The website explained:

“The New Jersey-born singer and the New Orleans emcee were seen enjoying each other’s company at Playhouse nightclub in Hollywood on Sunday night, June 29. The pair was photographed leaving the venue together at the end of the evening, piling into the back seat of a black car with Wayne sitting down low on the tan leather upholstery while Milian smiling next to him… The two superstars looked like they had a ‘bit too much’ to drink.”

The International Business Times points out that Christina and Lil Wayne were spotted together no less than two weeks after she called off her engagement to Rap-a-Lot Records CEO James “Jas” Prince. A source said last month that the breakup was a “really good thing for her.”

Is Lil Wayne’s budding romance the reason why he can’t seem to recall the exact release date of Tha Carter V? The Inquisitr previously reported that Wayne isn’t entirely sure when the album will drop, though he suspects it will arrive within the next few months.

He recently told MTV News:

“I’m so not good with that. I think it drops either in September and then we have… ah I can’t tell you the sneak thing. Anyway, yeah, I think it drops in September or August. It might drop before then, in July. [Or] August 25 or something like that?”
