Justin Bieber Allegedly Angers New Beverly Hills Neighbors Over ‘Marijuana,’ ‘4 am Party’

Justin Bieber has moved into a new Beverly Hills condo. It’s alleged the singer has already made his presence felt, with neighbors complaining to the HOA of excessive noise at a parties and the scent of marijuana.

Justin Bieber has moved to Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. The Canadian superstar is reportedly renting a luxury Beverly Hills condo and moved in with his entourage earlier this month.

The 20-year-old is said to be renting two units in the Beverly Hills condo: the penthouse and the unit on the floor below, with the singer’s entourage living in the lower. Obviously.

It’s not surprising Bieber has moved in to Beverly Hills, as he seems to have a liking for the area.

Back in April and for some of May the singer and his crew decamped to a hotel suite in the Four Seasons Beverly Hills, and this past weekend he was seen on a romantic dinner date with actress-singer Selena Gomez at Mastro’s steakhouse.

Even though Justin has only been living in the condo for less than a month he has allegedly already angered neighbors in the Beverly Hills apartment block, who, “contacted the HOA [Homeowners Association] because of excessive noise and marijuana.”

It’s claimed also the singer allegedly threw a party last week which did not finish until 4am, TMZ reports.

One of the residents in the Beverley Hills Condo purportedly told the website:

“The smell of marijuana was permeating the floor, especially my hallway which is shared by [Justin’s] unit.”

The site also alleges police have been called out twice since Bieber moved into the condo, allegedly over noise and complaint(s) about excessive marijuana.

Whether these claims are true or not remains to be seen, but Bieber is well known to have a penchant for marijuana.

Justin previously clashed with neighbors in his former Calabasas, California neighborhood.

Disputes ranged from accusations of Bieber’s alleged reckless driving, noise disturbances, alleged battery – which was later dropped – and an active complaint that he allegedly egged the home of his former neighbor back in January.

Bieber is waiting to hear what kind of vandalism charge he will receive for his alleged role in that offence. The Los Angeles County District Attorney Jackie Lacey has discretion to either press a misdemeanor or felony charge, as damages to the egged house allegedly amounted to $20,000.

Under California law, damages greater than $400.00 mean a charge can go either way in a vandalism case.

In other legal cases, Bieber has reportedly agreed to a plea deal in his Miami DUI case, but has to plead guilty to reckless driving, pay a fine and attend anger management classes.

A toxicology test taken after his January arrest on suspicion of DUI revealed Bieber tested positive for the active ingredient of marijuana and the anti-anxiety drug Xanax.

The singer previously sold his Calabasas property for $7.2 million to Reality TV star Khloe Kardashian.

Meanwhile, Bieber has been seen on a series of dates with Gomez over the past week, but yesterday was spotted playing ice-hockey with the house team at the LA Kings Valley Ice Center in the San Fernando Valley.
