Jeremy Meeks is currently cooling his heels in a jail cell at the moment, but that isn’t stopping folks from seriously talking about future in modeling.
Prior to posing that infamous mugshot that has made the rounds on social media over the past few days, Meeks was just a regular 30-year-old convicted criminal living in Stockton, California. What a difference a few days make. If Jeremy ever sees the light of days outside the penal system, then he could end up strutting his stuff on the runway.
Think we’re joking? According to The Hollywood Gossip , apparently there’s a market for Jeremy Meek’s high cheekbones and chiseled features . Although he’s sporting a Crips tattoo on his neck, this doesn’t matter much to at least one talent agency.
I mean maybe he has a future in modeling if he gets out… #jeremymeeks pic.twitter.com/WmpL8miOqN

Apparently the boys and girls over at Blaze Modelz told TMZ that they wouldn’t have any trouble getting Jeremy Meeks a job once he’s out of jail. In fact, the agency believes the guy could end up making between $15,000 and $30,000 in a single month. Of course, someone will need to pony up the $900,000 for bail first.
The website explains:
“Blaze also says they actually like Meeks’ face tattoos… even the gang-revealing teardrop. They thinks it’s edgy and sexy. They didn’t mention the Crip tattoo on his neck, but that can be covered. Another modeling agency — that did not want to be named — tells us… once Meeks is a free man they’d like to work with him as well.”
While everyone is having a laugh at Jeremy Meeks’ expense, there’s at least one person out there who doesn’t think this situation is very funny. The Inquisitr previously reported that the gangster thug’s wife is a little irritated about all the attention he’s receiving on social media these days. Not surprisingly, she isn’t amused by these kind of pictures.

Meeks’ mom is pretty upset about the situation as well. She recently started a GoFundMe account to help pay for his legal expenses.
She wrote:
“He has a job and… He was on his way to work. With no gang affiliations as per two of the charges. He has old tattoos… which causes him to be sterotyped. He’s my son and I’m just trying to raise funds to help him in anyway. Please help him to get a fair trial or else he’ll be railroaded.”
Do you think Jeremy Meeks should pursue modeling when he finally gets out of jail?
