This November pop superstar Lady Gaga will release her first book – a collection of new and exclusive images taken by top fashion photographer Terry Richardson.
The book, which publisher Grand Central Publishing claims provides a look at the “intimate, random, behind-the-scenes moments” of Gaga’s life and career, will include more than 350 color and black-and-white photographs of the 25-year-old “Paparazzi” singer.
According to reports, Richardson – and his camera – followed Gaga around for a period of time just shy of a year – with the goal of capturing her life through his lens.
“He’s on the bus with me. He just follows me everywhere. He’ll photograph me when I’m changing – those quick changes during the show. And sometimes I’ll have to pee during the show, and I’m always screaming, ‘Terry, get out!’,” the eccentric singer told Vogue magazine.
That 10-month stretch – Aug. 2010 and Feb. 2011 – included Lady Gaga’s Monster Ball tour and the recording of her album “Born This Way.”
The book, bearing the extremely original and well thought out title, Lady Gaga , will hit shelves across country on November 22nd.
