Watch NASCAR Pocono 400 Streaming Online Live; Denny Hamlin On Pole
The NASCAR Pocono 400 starts today at 1 P.M. Eastern Standard Time and you can watch all of it streaming online live by following the link at the bottom of this preview article.
Denny Hamlin took the pole position at Pocono twice during his rookie season in 2006, according to a report in Yahoo! Sports. He won both of those races. He will also start at the pole position for today’s NASCAR Pocono 400. Kurt Busch will start next to him in the number two position, followed by Brad Keselowski and Kevin Harvick in positions three and four and Jeff Gordon and Kyle Busch in positions five and six.
This has been a big week for Hamlin, who also tweeted about buying his first home earlier in the week:

Gordon was knocked off the points lead last week after a disappointing finish at the FedEx 400 Benefiting Autism Speaks at Dover International Speedway. Matt Kenseth, who took the lead in the NASCAR Sprint Cup points standings, will start the NASCAR Pocono 400 in the 26th position. Other notables include Dale Earnhardt Jr. – whose go-kart race with Charles Barkley is slated to air today as well – starting in the eighth position, Tony Stewart starting in the 12th position and Danica Patrick, who has been riding a minor hot streak and racking up endorsements, though she has yet to take a checkered flag in a NASCAR Sprint Cup event, is starting in the 16th position.
Since Danica isn’t known for an aggressive racing style, most don’t give her much chance of finishing in the top five from her starting position. She does, however, lead the way on Twitter.
All 43 cars that attempted qualification made it and will be featured in today’s NASCAR Pocono 400. You can find the complete list of starting positions on the NASCAR website.
The NASCAR Pocono 400 is run at Pocono Raceway in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. It is known as the “Tricky Triangle” for its unique layout, which is close to a true triangle, with each turn modeled after a different race track.
Don’t miss any of the action as Denny Hamlin, Dale Jr., Danica Patrick and the rest of the field start their engines until one of them takes the checkered flag.
