Khloe & Kourtney Kardashian Causing Problems In The Hamptons?
Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian are already in the Hamptons filming their new reality show — and they are apparently already causing problems. According to Radar Online, the sisters are already “ticking people off.” The girls are working on opening a DASH pop-up shop — their first ever. However, residents in the area reportedly didn’t want the sisters taking over the town and some aren’t too happy about all the media attention.
“This is upsetting to people who didn’t want them there in the beginning anyway. Originally nobody was renting to them. Now they’re living in a house in North Sea and it is not at all prestigious. Nobody goes up that way.”
Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian have been doing a lot of shopping and some residents are not looking forward to seeing them all summer. According to Us Weekly, the home that they are renting is lavish, large, and perfect for the summer:
“The Southampton Gambrel waterfront home sits on three lush acres and is surrounded by water. It includes a private dock which can house 2-3 boats or other fun water toys. The 8,900-square foot estate boasts five bedrooms with water views and also includes a professional grade kitchen.”
It’s unknown how many weeks the girls will be spending in Southampton, but residents are prepared to share much of their summer with the reality stars — it’s just something they are going to have to deal with. Since rumors about angry residents began spreading, momager Kris Jenner has spoken out to deny them, saying that people do not have a problem with the girls filming their show in the Hamptons.
According to Reveal UK, Jenner recently explained that residents are actually excited about the Kardashians being in town:
“They love us there! Contrary to popular belief everyone is really excited. They are! We had so many offers from wonderful people saying, ‘Come stay at our house! Use our house!'”
Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian aren’t troublemakers and shouldn’t be causing too much drama while they are filming for their show. Since Kourtney has two children (and is pregnant with her third), partying will be at a minimum. Their sister Kim Kardashian will be making appearances here and there but she is also a mom now so things are different for her as well.
Rumors that Hamptons residents didn’t want the Kardashians in their lives started weeks ago. As previously reported by The Inquisitr, it’s more of the sisters’ entourage that people didn’t want to deal with. Cameras, paparazzi, etc. rather than the girls themselves. And that’s understandable.
