Demi Lovato, Wilmer Valderrama Contemplating Baby Amid Harry Styles Fling Rumors

Demi Lovato and her boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama, reportedly believe that it’s time to have a baby, even though rumors have emerged that she has started a fling with One Direction lothario Harry Styles.

34-year-old Valderrama is believed to be ready for his first child, and he has already started to talk about having one with his current girlfriend, 21-year-old Lovato.

An insider has now told Hollywood Life that Lovato isn’t ready to start a family though, and she’s had to bring Valderrama’s plans to a screeching halt.

“Wilmer and Demi have spoken to each other a lot about their friends starting to have kids and Wilmer has the bug,” the source noted. “He is trying to convince Demi to start a family but she feels she is too young and she still wants to work on music and she wants to be healthy for a few years before she does any of that.”

Lovato also allegedly believes that she wants to wait for a few more years until she starts a family because she has recently struggled with drug and alcohol addiction as well as an eating disorder. Lovato doesn’t think it would be fair to bring a child into the world while she is still coming to terms with these issues.

“She has really ravaged her body with drugs and body issues in the past and she wants to have a constant healthy lifestyle before she brings in another life to the world,” the source added. “But she is convinced when she is ready it will be with Wilmer. They will be married and have a big family someday without question. Their relationship is very strong. Everything with them just works.”

However, these plans could be scuppered by the revelation that Lovato has, reportedly, been secretly dating Harry Styles, after the pair hooked up while working in the same London recording studio.

Celebrity Dirty Laundry made the allegations late last month, stating that Lovato recently split up with Valderrama because she realized that he wasn’t good for her. They also noted that, apparently, the duo have kept their burgeoning romance a secret because they are concerned about the press intrusion that would follow the announcement.

There’s also a chance that the publication has just paired the two together out of thin air as there is literally no proof that Lovato and Styles have even shared a meaningful handshake or long stare.
