Meryl Davis And Maks Chmerkovskiy Reunite… But So Do Maks And Kate Upton

Meryl Davis and Maksim Chmerkovskiy rumors have simmered down since the Dancing with the Stars finale, but it looks like something might be brewing once more. The former dance partners and rumored lovers were reunited recently and Maks posted a photo of the two of them together on Instagram. “All is right in the world again! Got my long awaited hug,” Maks wrote along with the photo above.

Naturally fans caught on right away and immediately started talking about the pair again — as if they are a pair… even though they have confirmed that they are not. As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Maks and Meryl recently denied that they were in any kind of romantic relationship.

Meryl Davis and Maksim Chmerkovskiy were really into each other while competing together on Dancing with the Stars. They always seemed to find a way to touch each other and it was more than just a hug or an embrace. The way that they cared for each other was something that most fans of the show never witnessed before between a dance pro and a celeb — especially not with Maks. However, the two maintained that they weren’t in a serious relationship of any kind. They just focused on dancing, and it paid off. The two won the Mirror Ball Trophy, ending their “paid” time together on a high note.

Maks and Meryl have laid low since the show’s finale but that doesn’t mean that fans aren’t wondering what’s going on between them, if anything at all.

Interestingly enough, Meryl Davis isn’t the only gal getting close to Maksim Chmerkovskiy lately. According to E! Online, Maks posted a photo on Instagram with his ex, Kate Upton, but he quickly deleted it. The picture was reportedly taken at Tao in New York City on Saturday night but the two ended up at the restaurant coincidentally. They said “hello” to one another and chatted for a bit but then went back to their respective parties. Don’t worry. They aren’t getting back together.

It is hard to figure out who Maks is dating (if anyone), but each time that he posts a photo with a chick, people start talking. It does seem as though he has a thing for Meryl but they just aren’t ready to go there yet — at least not publicly. While everyone might want it to happen, they are the only ones that know what’s truly going on between them and if they are in love, that will come out eventually.
