Sunny Oglesby: Levi Johnston’s Pregnant Wife Once Accused Of Drunkenly Attacking Him With Knife
Sunny Oglesby and husband Levi Johnston announced this week that they are expecting their second child, but just a year ago the couple was embroiled in an ugly domestic squabble that ended with the young woman attacking her husband with a knife.
Johnston, the onetime fiance to Sarah Palin’s daughter Bristol and the father to her child, married Oblesby in 2012 after the couple had a surprise pregnancy.
Johnston and Sunny Oblesby said they were not planning for the birth of baby Breeze Baretta, who was named after a shotgun.
“There was a time we went to the cabin and forgot the birth control pills, and a month later we found out we were having a baby,” Johnston said.
Now, two years later the couple is pregnant again. Johnston and Oglesby announced their second pregnancy to friends and family through a picture of the family enjoying a spaghetti dinner with a bottle of Prego marinara sauce. The sauce bottle had a sign taped to it that said “we’re,” making it read “We’re Prego.”
Things were not always so idyllic for the couple, however. Back in early 2013, Sunny Oglesby was accused of getting drunk at a family gathering and beating Levi Johnston, even coming after him with a knife.
At the time, a source recounted the attack to the National Enquirer:
“Sunny went completely insane. She had two martinis and then she just snapped, ranting and raving about Levi not thinking she was pretty enough.
“She started biting, kicking and slapping him. Then she grabbed a knife and tried to stab him!
“Thank God Sunny’s mother and brother pulled it away from her as Levi ran off in terror. Finally, Levi’s father Keith was able to restrain her, but what Sunny really needed was a strait-jacket.
“Sunny lunged at him, calling him all kinds of names. He was too stunned to defend himself and curled up in a fetal position while Sunny worked him over.
“Finally, when she went after him with a knife, the family got between them. Levi was absolutely humiliated.
“It was a New Year’s Eve the couple will ever forget.”
But with the incident now more than a year behind them, it seems Levi Johnston and Sunny Oglesby have smoothed thing over.
