Ginnifer Goodwin Gives Birth: Goodwin, Josh Dallas Welcome Baby Boy

Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas are parents! The Once Upon A Time actors welcomed their first child together on May 29. A rep for the couple confirmed the exciting news via People Magazine. The baby was born just one month after his parents got married in a secret wedding.

The couple announced that they were expecting a baby back in November 2013, and, fortunately for Goodwin, her baby bump didn’t need to be hidden for long. Her on-screen character (Snow White) was also pregnant — and so everything worked out just fine.

Goodwin and Dallas began dating in March 2012 after meeting one another on the set of Once Upon A Time according to Us Weekly. They got engaged a year and a half later — and now they are married with a baby!

A rep for the couple said:

“Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas welcomed a baby boy yesterday, May 29. This is their first child. Both mom and baby are doing great.”

Ginnifer and Josh celebrated the birth of their on-screen son weeks ago and now they get to experience the joys in having a baby of their very own. The two seem more than in love and are said to be simply overjoyed with their new arrival. From the moment they met, things really seemed to just click.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, the duo married in Los Angeles in an “intimate ceremony” on Saturday, April 13. The bride (who was 8 months pregnant at the time) wore a custom-designed gown by Monique Lhuillier. The couple kept things very small (there were only about 30 guests) and had a nice, quiet day — which is something that they both wanted. It is unknown if the two planned to get pregnant before getting married but it is clear that they wanted to be husband and wife when their new baby made his first appearance.

Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas will have some downtime with their baby for a few weeks before they resume filming Once Upon A Time. Season four is set to air in September which means production will be starting fairly soon. Goodwin and Dallas will undoubtedly be bringing their son to the set with them and he will be showered with love from his “extended family.”

No word yet on what the couple decided to name their baby boy.
