Justin Bieber Openly Flirts With Yovanna Ventura On Instagram

Justin Bieber, international playboy?

Well, he is 20. But it does seem Bieber is moving on smoothly after the reported implosion of a briefly rekindled relationship with Selena Gomez.

Just days after video and pictures emerged of rumored former gal pal model Barbara Palvin affectionately stroking Bieber’s face at a party in Cannes, France, the superstar was spotted enjoying a yacht trip with Cody Simpson’s former girlfriend, 19-year-old Gigi Hadid and pals off the coast of Monte Carlo over the Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend.

Mail Online ran the first images, with Fingerprint Communications captioning a picture of a shirtless Justin, Guess model Gigi, Production A&R Coordinator Corey Gamble and others, writing:

“Daytime fun with @justinbieber @gigihadid and friends on the @amberloungeltd yacht to watch the #f1 race in #monaco.”

Now back Stateside, it seems Bieber isn’t letting the grass grow under his feet.

After jetting back to New York City for the Sunday wedding of Adam Braun ( the brother of his manager Scooter Braun), Bieber reached out to Yovanna Ventura — another rumoured, romantic gal pal, with an openly flirty Instagram message.

“I see you In that Dolce Dress. Glad u had fun. :),” Justin wrote alongside one of two va va voom snaps of gowns Yovanna optioned for her recent Miami Senior High School prom.

In response, 18-year-old Yovanna shortly wrote, “mcm [man crush Monday] looking great in that suit,” next to a split picture of Bieber in all his Dolce and Gabbana suit glory during the Cannes Film Festival last week.

It had been rumored Bieber was taking the fitness model to her senior high school prom on May 23, following a speculative report by NBC 6 claiming the Canadian pop star had been “approved to attend” by school officials.

However, a later report in Miami New Times Blogs stated no one from Bieber’s camp ever contacted the school, adding that he was never confirmed to attend the prom.

From Ventura’s Instagram account it looks as if she went to the prom and doesn’t seem to be too upset over Bieber’s decision to party in Cannes and Monaco instead.

But who knows?

Both Yovanna and Justin previously referred to each other as friends on the photo-sharing site but were spotted hanging out “acting like a couple” in Venice Beach, Los Angeles, after spending time in Las Vegas for Floyd Mayweather’s boxing fight on May 3.

Before the fight, the Biebs walked his pal out to the ring with rapper Lil Wayne.

Speaking of which, following a Defcon 5 call out of Braun by Lil Wayne alleging he used Lil Twist as a media scapegoat for Justin’s missteps, Bieber has since posted “then” and “more recent” pictures of himself and Scooter hugging it out.
