Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande Duet Didn’t Make Her Album, Will Be Released ‘At Some Point’
The good news? Fans will get to hear Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande’s duet. The bad news? The duet didn’t make the cut of Grande’s album.
Fans waiting for Ariana Grande’s duet with Justin Bieber will have to make do with a release date of “at some point” for the moment. But in a recent interview with the UK’s Capital Radio, the petite brunette revealed more details.
The “Problem” songstress told Capital her anticipated duet with Justin may end up being a giveaway because it missed the deadline for her second album.
“I don’t know! it’s hard because, I feel like, I love the song and it’s amazing but we have to find the right time to put it out,” Ariana explains.
The 2o-year-old added:
“Because I already hit the deadline for my album. We finished it later, so we’re trying to get it to our fans because we know it’s what they want, but I feel like it’s too late to put it on my project.”
From the sounds of it, Ariana has been thinking hard about what to do with her collaboration with Bieber. Considering he wrote the song, we’re not sure if that’s a vote of confidence or not.
“I’m kind of at a little bit of a dilemma,” Grande continued. “But yeah, we’re going to put it out at some point.”
Ariana added: “I feel like I would love to just give it to them, because they’ve been waiting for it so long for it anyway, I don’t want to make them wait any longer.”
She went on, “I don’t know, we’re going to figure out a plan for it.”
Earlier this month, Beliebers and Arianators, as fans call themselves, got a shock when Justin teased the idea of a duet along with a picture of the pair in a recording studio.

Shortly after, Grande herself confirmed the duet’s existence.

While it’s a shame the song hasn’t made Ariana’s album, it does seem as if she and Bieber are determined their collaboration will come out.
Meanwhile, following Ariana’s stunning performance of “Problem” with featured rapper Iggy Azalea at the Billboard Music Awards and on the Dancing With The Stars finale, it looks as if her resumed relationship with The Janoskian’s Jai Brooks is all but official.
On Wednesday, Ariana posted an Instagram photo of Jai holding a puppy to her Instagram page.
As good as church bells? Not quite.
But it’s a long way from the hostility between the pair that erupted when Brooks accused her cheating with The Wanted’s Nathan Sykes.
Asked about Bieber during her interview, Grande replied that the Canadian singer was “good” and “doing ok right now.”
She added that she saw Justin when Scooter Braun – mutual manager – FaceTimed Bieber while he was in her trailer.
“I was trying to warm up and they were laughing really loud! So I guess he’s good.”Ariana revealed.
