In a statement to the press HTC’s general counsel Grace Lei told Jobs and his team that “HTC is disappointed at Apple’s constant attempts at litigations instead of competing fairly in the market.”
The statement comes as Apple has launched a second attack on HTC, asking the courts to block devices from the Taiwanese company, while at the same time fighting it out with Samsung, GetJar and Amazon over various patent issues.
