Justin Bieber Has Tender Moment With Barbara Palvin In Cannes
Justin Bieber was spotted enjoying a tender moment with rumored former girlfriend Barbara Palvin at Italian fashion designer Roberto Cavalli’s boat party in Cannes on Wednesday.

The 20-year-old superstar has been in Cannes with friends since last weekend, enjoying the party circuit during the 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival and has been seen at a number of A-list events.
Victoria’s Secrets model Palvin, 20, is captured on video and photos affectionately stroking Bieber’s face at the Cavailli bash, suggesting the pair were reconnecting.
The twosome were also seen whispering to each other.
The apparent frisson between the Hungarian model and the Canadian will stir old rumors that the two had an intimate relationship, after seemingly cozy, photos of Palvin and Bieber at a Victoria’s Secret show Justin performed at surfaced in November 2012.
Those rumors gained traction when Justin and Barbara were seen attending The Lion King on Broadway the day after (November 8) with a group of the “Confident” singer’s pals.
At the time, relationship talk was flatly denied by Bieber’s camp and Palvin. But, the following day E! News broke the story that Justin and his then girlfriend Selena Gomez had split up.
Gomez’s later tweet of a snap of Justin, Barbara and rapper Lil Twist added fuel to the fire.

Palvin – who appears nearly nude on the cover on this month’s Italia Marie Claire magazine and briefly dated One Direction’s Liam Horan – has changed her former ombre hair coloring with a bordeaux makeover.
The model was spotted arriving into Nice airport on Tuesday.

Justin kept it casual at Cavalli’s party and wore baggy black pants, a white stencilled T-shirt and a denim jacket.
During his whirlwind Cannes adventure the singer has mixed up his style choices.

On Tuesday, Bieber rocked a blue, leather shirt, a silver chain, black leather pants and white high-tops while attending the De Grisogono dinner party co-hosted with Gyunel at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, Mail Online reports.
The singer’s smarter look was completed by a preppy, groomed hairstyle and, er, mustache.
The baby-faced star was seen chatting to Fawaz Gruosi — the Founder and President of de Grisogono – at the party which was also attended by Antonio Banderas, Sharon Stone, Cara Delevingne, Leonardo DiCaprio’s supposed girlfriend Toni Garrn, Chris Tucker, Paris Hilton and more.

Earlier Tuesday, Bieber drove Cannes wild when he walked down the Croisette shirtless, wearing nothing more than a pair of long, orange, shorts, slip-ons and visible, white Calvin Kleins.
The night before, Justin played hypeman for rapper Rick Ross at the Gotha Nightclub.
Bieber was seen jumping around onstage, pouring champagne on clubbers and was spotted rapping to Tupac’s “Dear Mama” — shirtless.
Video footage of the night appeared to show Justin possibly making a move on newly single, Brazilian supermodel Adriana Lima.
At some point in the evening the pair posed for a shot together, which Bieber later posted to his Instagram account.

Leonardo DiCaprio was also in the crowd, reportedly skanking up with at least three different women, New York Daily News reports.
Bieber pulled off a half-tuxedo suit look at yet another yacht party earlier in the week.
He was also introduced to Hunger Games actress Jennifer Lawrence — at her request — at Vanity Fair and Giorgio Armani’s high-powered bash at the Hotel Du’ Cap last weekend.
It’s probably safe to say the singer is having a blast in Cannes.
According to his manager Scooter Braun, Bieber has impressed people in Cannes with his “polite” and “respectful” attitude at parties.
Justin’s tweets from Cannes have been extremely positive and he has regularly updated fans on his exploits via his social media accounts.
As to whether Bieber and Palvin will have more tender moments ahead, only time will tell.
