‘Pretty Little Liars’ Season Five Sneak Peek Released [Video]

Pretty Little Liars fans are counting down the days until the summer premier of season five, and after the action packed season four finale, it’s no wonder why. Well, the agonizing wait has just gotten a little bit easier with the release of the first promo for the season premier!

Now, let’s back track for a moment before we take a look at what is to come. If you haven’t seen the end of last season, then this is your spoiler alert! Pretty Little Liars ended with quite a bang last season. The liars finally found and reconnected with their long thought dead friend Alison, who told the girls what exactly went down the night that she went missing.

As if that wasn’t dramatic enough, just when we all thought we would finally find out who A is, Aria’s beloved Ezra is shot by the mystery figure. Fans were left hanging in the balance as to whether or not Ezra would survive the gunshot wound, and left questioning so many other things.

According to an earlier report by The Inquisitr, during the week of the Pretty Little Liars season four season finale, fans had a heck of a lot to say. “Pretty Little Liars was the top television series on Twitter for the week ending March 23. In other words, people were tweeting under their fingers bled.”

Marlene King, Pretty Little Liars series producer, told The Hollywood Reporter that they “put fans through the proverbial wringer,” with this season finale. “This is the first finale where it felt like people were universally satisfied and that is really just fantastic, which is what we set out to do,” said King.

“We pushed our fans to the breaking point and they really deserved these answers. It’s a great opportunity for us to spin the show in a new direction,” King continued.

Well, if the producers of Pretty Little Liars were going for shock factor, it sure worked! Fans are itching to figure out the fate of Ezra and the Liars. Fans have waited long enough! Check out the Pretty Little Liars season five premier promo for yourself!

Ezra seems to have made it off the roof alive, but will A let him live now that he allegedly knows his/her identity? And what will become of Alison now that she’s told the truth to her friends? Will she come out to the rest of the community or remain in hiding? Guess we will all just need to wait for the new Pretty Little Liars episode to air on June 10th on ABC Family!
