Wes Welker Hands Out $100 Bills After Winning At Kentucky Derby [Pics]
Wes Welker was already on a the “good guy” list for a lot of people. After all, what’s not to like about a scrappy undersized wide receiver who has made himself into one of the most reliable receivers in the NFL?
However, if that isn’t enough to turn you into a Wes Welker fan, this will be: After winning a subsequent amount of cash at the Kentucky Derby, Wes did what any reasonable rich guy should do — hand it out to dumbfounded people who were just standing around.

Yep, that’s right. If you would have simply been in the proximity of Wes Welker after the Kentucky Derby, you might have walked away $100 richer.
So now Welker has quite the resume. In addition to being a Pro Bowl receiver, and handing out hundred dollar bills like they were flyers for a charity yard sale, Welker also has starred in a series of commercials that some feel is one of the greatest campaigns ever.
So now what is left for Wes Welker to get every person on the planet to be his fan? It’s hard to say. Perhaps he has already done enough. For sure, people on Twitter are pretty dang impressed with Welker.
The one time I’m not out partying with Wes Welker he’s handing out $100 bills. Story of my life.

Needless to say, everybody was happy about how things went on Derby Day if you were around Wes Welker. As for Welker himself, we’re pretty sure that he can afford to give away a few hundred dollars. Welker signed a two year $12 million contract with the Denver Broncos during last off season.
What would you have done if Wes Welker handed you a $100 bill? Let us know in the comments.
