Family Research Council: ‘Jews Are the Problem, Obama Supports Al-Qaeda”
Lieutenant-General Jerry Boykin is the executive vice president for the Family Research Council and a former military man has taken his message of hate across the USA on a speaking tour. Boykin has said in recent interviews that PResident Obama actively supports Al-Qaeda and has been running off at the mouth about Jews and Homosexuals too.
Boykin’s group, the Family Research Council uses the tag line that they are the “leading voice for family in our nation’s halls of power”. It doesn’t hurt that they were founded by super evangelical James Dobson. Now Boykin is being accused by the Southern Poverty Law Center of using discredited research and junk science in order to spew hate about the gay community. They try to influence Congress to defeat laws dealing with marriage equality and to stop bullying. They were also at the forefront in the battle to stop the repeal of the military’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” Policy.
Boykin may have made a serious error the other day when he was done speaking on a panel at the National Security Action Summit. He forgot to take his mic off and wound up being recorded telling a reporter from Israel:
“Jews are the problem and, literally, the cause of all the problems in the world.”
Boykin then told a second reporter that President Obama actively “identifies and supports Al-Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood and uses subliminal messages to express his support.”
This is not the first time that Boykin has opened his mouth and let the whole world know what a bigot he is. He has previously been condemned from the right and the left for saying that Muslims have no Constitutional right to build a mosque in the Unites States. He has also told people that the First Amendment does not apply to those speaking about Islam or Islamic belief.
Lieutenant General William G. “Jerry” Boykin was the United States Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence under President George W. Bush from 2002 to 2007.
