Jennifer Lawrence Was Wasted At The Oscars [Report]

Jennifer Lawrence is known to get down and party like the rest of them, especially when it comes to award season. Over the years, the refreshingly candid actress and her klutzy mishaps have become a staple at big award shows like the Golden Globes and the Academy Awards. That said, did Jennifer Lawrence get drunk at the Oscars? If you believe reports that are surfacing today, she might have.

Page Six is reporting that Lawrence was so drunk at the Oscar after party that Madonna threw that the actress threw up, and was a general mess throughout the night. Thankfully this wasn’t televised so we don’t actually know how much of this actually happened, but according to an audience member of Late Night with Seth Meyers, the Hunger Games actress revealed all during a recent taping of the show.

The audience member who was present for Jennifer Lawrence’s episode of Late Night with Seth Meyers dished to Us Weekly about her drunken Oscars snafu.

“Jen said she was so drunk, she puked on the stairs at Madonna’s after-party, and Miley walked by and said something like, ‘Get it together, girl!'”

This of course might explain the fall she took at the beginning of the night, which saw the actress trip on the red carpet, and grab her best friend to break her fall. This moment at the Oscars was actually caught on tape for all to see and gif for eternity.

The year prior to that Lawrence took a famous dive on the steps at the ceremony while she was walking up to the stage to accept her Oscar for Best Actress in a Motion Picture for Silver Linings Playbook. That fall in particular is a moment that the media will never let Lawrence forget, at least not anytime soon.

Lawrence reportedly recounted this year’s Oscars experience aside from being drunk at the after party. According to the source the actress told the audience that meeting Brad Pitt was an experience in itself.

“Brad Pitt smells amazing, like nothing I’ve ever smelled. Eventually we ask what cologne he’s wearing and he tells us, ‘I don’t wear cologne. It’s just my musk, I guess.”

According to Lawrence, Pitt smelled like sandalwood, so if you ever wanted to capture one moment from J.Law’s Oscar experience, grab a hold of some sandalwood oil and take a wiff.

Hopefully Jennifer will grace everyone with her presence at next year’s Oscar ceremony.
