Are Chelsy Davy And Prince Harry Getting Back Together?

Chelsy Davy and Prince Harry have reconnected according to sources. This news comes just a day after reports that Prince Harry and his girlfriend of two years, Cressida Bonas split. According to Showbiz Spy, Harry and Chelsy aren’t reconciling romantically, but they are talking again — just as friends.

“Harry and Chelsy talk from time to time. They won’t get back together, but they’ve remained good friends. When he split from Cressie, Harry called Chelsy to let her know what was going on with his life… and for a shoulder to cry on. He was disappointed that Cressie didn’t want to marry him,” said a source.

Chelsy Davy likely has no plans to get back together with Prince Harry because she is said to be on the verge of getting engaged. She has been dating jeweler Charles Goode and according to Mail Online, things are going extremely well for the pair. The two were spotted vacationing together in Turkey recently with Cressida Bonas’ half-brother — yes, you read that right.

Apparently Goode is friends with members of Bonas’ family and hangs around with them from time to time. He even designed a diamond engagement ring for Cressida’s half-sister, Isabella Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe. It is unknown if Chelsy Davy and Cressida Bonas cross paths frequently but the two now have something in common: Prince Harry is an ex-boyfriend.

Chelsy Davy dated Prince Harry for several years on and off. While some thought that they would end up getting married, the two broke up for good in 2010. Evidently it was an amicable split and Harry feels as though he can still reach out to Chelsy, which is cool.

As previously reported by Inquisitr.com,Prince Harry’s split from Cressida Bonas was shocking. Many thought that the young prince would have an engagement announcement of his own — that he and Chelsy Davy would have both found their “happily ever afters” around the same time — but that just wasn’t the case. It’s unknown exactly why Prince Harry and Cressida Bonas called it quits but some say that Cressida was too “needy” for Harry. Others say that Cressida didn’t want to marry into the royal family — that it was way too much for her.

Naturally Prince Harry has had on-again/off-again relationships with both Chelsy Davy and Cressida Bonas so it is entirely possible that he and Cressida could reconnect. As far as Chelsy goes, however, she has clearly moved on and it looks like she will have something big to celebrate very soon.
