Selena Gomez Pal Denies Justin Bieber Dumped Over Kylie Jenner
Selena Gomez pal allegedly denies Justin Bieber had anything remotely like a hook up with Kylie Jenner at Coachella Festival, which should come as no surprise to anyone who read UK tabloid The Sun’s questionable report.
The Sun’s claim that Selena Gomez dumped Justin Bieber over suspicions that “something has gone on between Justin and Kylie,” while the Latina hung out with the Jenner sisters at Coachella, has been kicked to the curb if a new report is on the money.
The British tabloid said Selena’s jealousy prompted her mass “unfollow” of all her Instagram pals, with Kylie and Kendall Jenner first on the chopping block followed by Taylor Swift and other industry buddies including Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Benson.
Despite the fact that the entire entertainment news cycle reported Bieber and Goemz were “inseparable” at the Indio, Calif., festival based on numerous and actual eyewitness reports, for some reason vaguely couched quotes by a purported “insider” offering gems such as:
“At Coachella, [Justin and Selena] looked to be back on track. Selena was hanging out with Kylie too and they were behaving like best friends.” ”
“Then she heard stuff about Justin and Kylie and felt totally betrayed. She went berserk and called it all off again,” were picked up by multiple outlets and whipped up to a full-blown, new Bieber cheating rumor.

The Sun’s “source” didn’t stop there but continued, claiming, Selena is on “on the edge” and “overcome with jealousy.”
Enter stage right, Hollywood Life.
The outlet is reporting an alleged friend of Selena’s doesn’t believe Bieber hooked up with Jenner.
“None of her friends are saying that — so no I don’t believe that’s true,” the pal reportedly stated.
Frankly, it’s odd that the Kylie-Justin claim was believed by some in the first place even with Gomez’s Instagram culling, which could be about anything.
Considering Bieber and Gomez have spent the better part of two months criss-crossing the country to see each other, his public declarations and entire Gomez-inspired Journals LP, those dance videos, and TMZ’s Coachella photos — the idea that Bieber would jeopardize what he’s fought so long for over a sudden, inexplicable tryst with his pal Jaden Smith’s on-off squeeze is pretty laughable.
And don’t get us started on The Sun newspaper’s credibility track record.
Meanwhile, what is a reality is Selena dropping of the Jenners from her Instagram feed after hanging out in a big way at Coachella, a past lunch date with Kendall, and Christian Combs’ Sweet 16 bash.
The actress-singer also deleted all photos of the Jenner sisters — apart from one with other gal pals — later posting several moody images, and a 2007 screenshot of a review of Mary J. Blige’s soul-searching lyrics on “Work in Progress (Growing Pains),” which reads in part:
“I got every material thing I could ever need/ I got the love from my fans that adore me… But my love for myself is lacking a little bit /I have to admit that I’m working on me. ”
Reasons for the Jenner off-load could be over a betrayed confidence, an argument, perhaps an insult about Bieber, none of these — or all. The Swift ‘unfollow’ isn’t hard to get. Taylor’s dislike of Bieber and her recent distancing from Selena is very clear.

As for the rest? Celebuzz has an interesting take on Gomez’s social media guillotining.
The site writes: “While the Internet is going nuts and following her every move on social media, it makes sense for her to quiet all the assumptions by removing everyone off her account… Because now the only hypotheses that can be made are completely irrational.”
Well put. I’ll add this: Gomez and Bieber are still following each other on Twitter.
In addition, on Wednesday Justin posted a “Throwback'” Instagram photograph of himself and Selena playing with his younger step-siblings in Paradise Cove, Malibu, back in 2012.
For a couple that make their ‘public’ relationship moves more in actions than words; what do you think Bieber’s black and white, nostalgia snap is saying?
