Caroline Manzo Is Back! New TV Show Approved By Bravo
Caroline Manzo will grace TV once more as she stars in a brand new show courtesy of Bravo.
The network announced Tuesday their latest offering entitled Manzo’d With Children: a spin-off of Real Housewives of New Jersey where Manzo rose to fame.
This is how Bravo described the show:
“Caroline Manzo of The Real Housewives of New Jersey attempts to be the ring leader of her crazy Italian family. Her children are driving her more nuts than ever as Albie is single and ready to mingle, Chris is eager to come up with the best idea since the stripper/car wash, and Lauren has finally let Vito put a ring on it. Meanwhile, husband, Al Sr., has no tolerance for all these shenanigans. It’s one crowded house filled with laughter and personality…and maybe a few rounds of the Ham Game.”
The show follows Caroline, the matriarch of her wild yet lovable household as they set new adventures in old New Jersey. Caroline’s husband Albert, sons Albie and Chris, daughter Lauren and sister Fran are expected to be seen regularly in the much-anticipated series.
Caroline told E! that she is very excited about the show and assures Manzo fans from her old day in Real Housewives that the show will be just as enjoyable.
“It is a very exciting time for me and my family. We are grateful for this opportunity from Bravo and our fans. Expect a lot of smiles, laughs and good times.”
Last year, fans were saddened when Manzo decided to leaveReal Housewives. Often the “think straight” gal of the series, Caroline made an impact both with her fellow housewives and her fans who’ve come to appreciate her frankness. Some, however, rejoiced when she decided to leave, believing that the “bully” has finally been kicked off the show.
On her sudden decision to leave last year, Caroline Manzo said the following:
“Over the past few years my outlook on the show has changed from something I couldn’t wait to show my future grandchildren to something I hope my future grandchildren never see. I’ve always prided myself on being a good example for my children and my decision to leave is based on advice I’ve always given them: ‘Be true to yourself and be proud of who you are, you are born with a name and you die with a name, don’t dirty it up”
Say what you will about Caroline, you can’t deny the fact that the family comes first to the 52-year-old housewife.
