Kaley Cuoco Opens Up About Brief Romance With Henry Cavill

Kaley Cuoco is opening up about what it was like to date “Superman” aka Henry Cavill for 10 short days and why the flames died down even before they got a chance to ignite.

It was so brief some may not even remember, but before Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting hurriedly tied the knot, she was seeing British hunk Henry Cavill, who is our new Superman in Man Of Steel.

They were seen doing such mundane things as grocery shopping, wearing sweats and little make-up, and holding hands near her home in Los Angeles.

Henry — who had just finished a few crazy weeks promoting Zack Snyder’s blockbuster all over the world and had recently ended a 10-month relationship with actress and MMA fighter, Gina Carano — seemed to quickly move on and confessed to being a big fan of Kaley and her The Big Bang Theory show.

So it was perfect. For about a week. Remember these photos of the pair?:

Apparently Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting didn’t care much for all the attention that came with Henry Cavill — as lovely and hot as he may be — and leads us to believe this was one of the reasons the fling didn’t last much more than a few days.

In a recent interview with Cosmopolitan which features Cuoco on the cover she says:

“I had no one following me until I met Superman. I’ve been in this business for 20 years, and my whole life, I could go anywhere, do anything. There had not been one paparazzi photo of me until like several months ago. The recognition was crazy.”

From reports at the time, Kaley Cuoco and Henry Cavill met at a party in Hollywood while he was doing the press rounds for Man Of Steel.

Henry approached Kaley and asked her if she wanted to go out and since Cuoco had recently broken up with Bret Bollinger, why not?

But things didn’t last and even though the two continued to talk, the romance part of it was over and soon thereafter Kaley met Ryan Sweeting through mutual friends and that was it for her, she knew almost immediately he was “The One.”
