Miley Cyrus May Have Ditched Hannah Montana, But She’s Still A Normal Girl
Just because Miley Cyrus has officially ditched her Hannah Montana persona doesn’t mean she isn’t a good girl at heart. That’s what Kelly Osbourne believes, anyway.
After bidding farewell to her iconic Disney character, Cyrus has gone to great lengths to disassociate herself from the role. Hannah Montana fans around the world may think Miley is no longer a normal girl, but the Fashion Police co-host explained that the singer hasn’t really changed at all.
Osbourne recently dished about Miley Cyrus while talking to the folks at You magazine. Kelly told the British publication that people have developed the wrong idea about the “Wrecking Ball” singer. In fact, Osbourne believes Miley is just a “normal” girl who spends a fair amount of her free time just hanging around the house.
“What you see is what you get with Miley Cyrus and that’s what I love about her. She is who she is without any apology. Twerking is her thing: I don’t judge – if you’ve got it, flaunt it. I don’t do it,” Kelly explained.
She continued, “I am not that kind of girl. We hang out at each other’s houses, eat dinner, talk, put on music, and make up stupid dance routines.”
As Entertainmentwise points out, Osbourne and Cyrus are obviously friends. As such, the Fashion Police alum is probably a little biased when it comes to the singer. However, it’s definitely a good idea not to judge a celebrity simply on their public persona.
Of course, it’s probably a little difficult for some folks to believe that the former Hannah Montana star isn’t as wild and crazy as she is on-stage. Miley recently caught the world’s attention when she locked lips with fellow pop star Katy Perry.

The situation took an unexpected turn when Perry said she wasn’t into the kiss as much as Cyrus. The “Dark Horse” singer discussed the situation during an appearance on the Australian TV program Sunrise.
“She has this one part where it’s like a kiss cam, and I just walked up to her to give her like a friendly girly kiss, you know, as us girls do, and then she like, tried to move her head and go deeper and I pulled away. God knows where that tongue has been. We don’t know! That tongue is so infamous!” she joked.
