Elsa Pataky, Hubby Chris Hemsworth Welcome Twins To The Family

Spanish actress/model Elsa Pataky (Fast And Furious 6) and Thor star husband, Chris Hemsworth, welcomed twins to their growing family, which already includes 22-month-old India Rose.

The babies were born at the renowned celebrity hospital Cedars Sinai Medical Center in the Los Angeles suburb of West Hollywood.

TMZ first reported that Pataky and Hemsworth had rushed to the hospital at about 5 pm, Thursday afternoon and she was giving birth to twin boys at the time.

The couple’s most recent appearance at the Oscars drew a lot of attention for all the wrong reasons, even though Elsa and Chris are a very well liked and respected couple in Hollywood, however, for this occasion, her choice of gown was in question.

E! News host, Joan Rivers, mercilessly criticized Elsa Pataky and her green dress and had less than flattering comments about the Spanish star’s size, just a few weeks shy of giving birth to not one, but two babies.

The comments earned Rivers some raised eyebrows — even from her co-hosts — and as she tried to backpedal the rest of those participating in the conversation decided it was a better idea not to make further comments.

In a business full of frequent, nasty divorces, Elsa Pataky and Chris Hemsworth are a refreshing sight and are often seen strolling along with baby India out on the town.

Dad is a proud papa and isn’t shy about showing the world who his priorities are as one can plainly see in these photos of him:

Elsa Pataky and Chris Hemsworth are clearly in love and don’t have a problem with PDA — even on red carpets — as seen in our featured photo taken at the premier of Rush. The Aussie recently confessed that he is happiest when he is with his wife, Elsa and their daughter:

“Being a father is certainly a task. But the best one that I could ever ask for. Being home, being with the family, that’s what it’s about (…) It makes me much more relaxed with work, because I have something that is far more important to me now.”

Elsa Pataky and Chris Hemsworth met in early 2010 via their reps and married in December of that same year. They welcomed India Rose in 2012.
