Is Kate Gosselin Heading To Donald Trump’s ‘Celebrity Apprentice’?
Kate Gosselin is reportedly interested in heading to Donald Trump’s boardroom.
Although the official Celebrity Apprentice cast list isn’t available as of this writing, rumors suggest that the reality television veteran is one of the contestants who will face the wrath of Trump on the program.
According to WFMZ, the official announcement regarding Kate Gosselin and her involvement with the show will arrive later today (March 20). However, it’s believed that Kate is one of the folks slated to appear on this season of Celebrity Apprentice.
Us Weekly reports that fellow reality TV vets Brandi Glanville and Kenya Moore are presently scheduled to appear on the new season of the competition. Geraldo Rivera, Keshia Knight Pulliam, Ludacris, Vivica A. Fox, Shawn Johnson, Lorenzo Lamas, Ian Ziering, and Gabrielle Reece are also heading to Trump’s boardroom.
Filming on Celebrity Apprentice should take place this spring. The new episodes will reportedly begin airing on NBC during the 2014-2015 season. In other words, folks still have a while to wait before they see how Kate Gosselin stacks up against the competition.
Of course, this isn’t the only time Gosselin fans can catch the mother of eight on the small screen. The Inquisitr previously reported that Kate is heading back to TLC for a one-hour special centered around her family. However, it’s unlikely that Jon Gosselin will make an appearance on the show.
The network said in a recent statement:
“It’s now been over two years since we’ve last seen the Gosselin clan, and Kate and the kids are catching up with TLC for an hour-long special, slated to air in June. In 2007, viewers first fell in love with one of the most talked about families in reality television history. With the twins now 13, and the sextuplets about to turn 10, Cara, Mady, Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah, and Joel join their mother in this update about their life as a family today.”
The release continued:
“”Throughout the special, Kate and the kids get us up to speed on what’s changed in the family — how the kids have grown, what their interests are now, and what the latest is on Kate’s life and career. The hour will take a look back at some of the most memorable and poignant family moments from the past several years, and will highlight what the day-to-day routine has been for Kate and the kids since we last saw them.”
In short: Kate Gosselin has a lot on her plate at the moment. Here’s hoping her upcoming appearances are a bit smoother than the interviews she gave earlier this year.
