Brittany Kerr And Jason Aldean Dating: Boyfriend Started As Cheating Affair

Are Brittany Kerr And Jason Aldean now officially dating as girlfriend and boyfriend after the divorce?

In a related report by The Inquisitr, when Aldean was caught cheating with the American Idol star it immediately became big news after the photograph hit the internet. The reaction from Twitter users was so furious that Brittany Kerry deleted her account after being called a “homewrecker.”

At first Jason and his wife addressed the cheating scandal together on live TV:

“This is a really tough time for my entire family. Jessica and I have been together since we were teenagers. We’ve been through a lot of ups and downs over the years as we grew up together as a couple. She will always be important to me because she is the mother of my children, and I know that we will both always make our daughters our No. 1 priority.”

But by April of 2013 the couple must have been reached a breaking point and Jason Aldean’s divorce became official.

So now the rumors are claiming the mistress has officially become the girlfriend. As far as this writer can tell the only evidence for this idea is that Brittany Kerr was photographed on March 14 attending a Jason Aldean concert in Alabama. But she also supposedly was backstage, so she wasn’t exactly a normal attendee.

A website called Taste Of Country claims it’s been confirmed that they are indeed dating:

“Reps for the star have confirmed to Taste of Country that Aldean and Kerr started dating after he split from his wife.”

Of course, back in 2012 both celebrities claimed they had messed up and tried to downplay the significance of the moment. For example, Jason bluntly admitted he “screwed up” and tried to say it was a momentary lapse:

“I had too much to drink, let the party get out of hand and acted inappropriately at a bar. I left alone, caught the bus to our next show and that’s the end of the story.”

Brittany Kerr also said she suffered from a “lapse in judgment” and apologized for her actions:

“The actions I portrayed recently were not a representation of my true character, but a lapse in judgment on my part … I would like to sincerely apologize to everyone that has been affected by this, including my friends & family.”
