Benedict Cumberbatch Coloring Book Will Delight ‘Sherlock’ Fans
The Benedict Cumberbatch coloring book will delight fans of the BBC hit Sherlock. the 16-page coloring book will feature Cumberbatch in his most beloved roles. The interactive book is the latest in I Love Mel’s Colour Me Good series.
In addition to coloring, the book invites fans to add text and draw pictures to complete the scenes. According to the I Love Mel website, “It’s interactive funny and playful, and all it needs is for you to get your colouring pencils and start scribbling.”
The Colour Me Good series of coloring books was developed as a creative outlet for adults. In addition to several celebrities, including Kate Moss, the series also includes special “80s.” Modern Art,” “Girl Crush,” and “Swooooon,” editions.
The “Girl Crush” and “Swooooon” editions feature numerous female and male celebrities, including Beyoncé, Prince Harry, Jim Morrison, and Patrick Dempsey.
Mel developed her line of coloring books and paper dolls as a way for adults to enjoying “cutting out ans colouring in.” A 2007 graduate of the Royal College of Art, Mel is a current resident of Hastings, UK.

Benedict Cumberbatch is a native of London. Born in 1976, he is a talented actor who has appeared in numerous films. In addition to his lead role in Sherlock, Cumberbatch has appeared in The Hobbit, Star Trek: Into the Darkness, and Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy.
The son of an actor and actress, Cumberbatch was born with a natural talent. He got his start in theater, appearing in William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer’s Night Dream as Titania, Queen of the Faeries.
Cumberbatch got his big break, as portrayed Stephen Hawking in a 2004 British television program. The haunting role gained the attention of critics and fans and eventually led to his first BAFTA nomination.
In 2010, Benedict Cumberbatch’s portrayal of Sherlock Holmes gained worldwide attention.The short, but successful, series focuses on the story of the infamous detective and his sidekick, Dr. Watson.
Although the series is on hiatus, the much-anticipated fourth season is expected to air in 2016. As Sherlock is on hold, Cumberbatch has been busy in Hollywood. Most recently, he appeared in 12 Years a Slave and The Fifth Estate. Colour Me Good, Benedict Cumberbatch will be available beginning March 21.
