Avril Lavigne Wraps Up Tour In Asia

Avril Lavigne ended her tour in Asia with a bang Sunday night with her show in Taoyuan County, Taiwan.

Over 6,000 fans went crazy as Avril took the stage Sunday night wearing a pink bow in her hair, a pink and black top, black tights, black and silver boots, and a black tutu skirt “strung with Hello Kitty faces” according to Focus Taiwan.

Reports state that the concert went off without a hitch as the Canadian singer went through her playlist, performing songs both new and old including “Hello Kitty”, a song off her latest self-titled album, and “Girlfriend,” “My Happy Ending” and “I’m with You.”

Lavigne’s tour reportedly took the singer all over Asia including Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines, South Korea, China, Indonesia and Malaysia according to Want China Times.

The singer celebrated the end to her Asia tour by posting the following picture to her social media sites:

As Avril Lavigne winds down her Asia concert, the singer only has about a month before her next scheduled concert in São Paulo, Brazil on April 29. From there she is set to perform in the following cities in Brazil: Rio De Janeiro, Belo Horizonte and Brazilia. After Brazil the singer is scheduled to perform in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Santiago, Chile before finally returning to the US.

Avril Lavigne made news in the US last Friday after the Backstreet Boys announced that they would be touring with the Canadian singer this summer. This news of course rocked fan’s worlds, just check out what Twitter had to say:
