Nikki Bella Struggles With John Cena “Break” On Total Divas Season 2
John Cena may be the face of the WWE, but the man still is human. It may not seem like Cena is human by some of the stuff he does inside a WWE ring, but he truly is. As a result of this, he has a love life. He was in a relationship with one of the Bella Twins, Nikki. The two had been an item for months, and it seemed to be going well.
All of the sudden, issues arose and the E! show Total Divas seem to capture it all. The main issue with the two was that John didn’t want children and didn’t want to get married either. This hurt Nikki as she wants both, especially seeing her sister Brie happy and engaged to current WWE Supersar, Daniel Bryan.
For the show, the two are on a break. Total Divas happens to be done by WWE and obviously storyline driven while reality based in some cases. The show takes a look at the behind the scenes world of pro-wrestling through Diva eyes. It is a great show that seems to do well in ratings, so obviously people enjoy it.
The Bella Twins could be considered the stars of the show and rightfully so, as they are featured often. John Cena and Nikki Bella’s relationship has played out a lot on screen and whether it is storyline driven or not, the two are putting on a good show for the cameras.
Everything starts as a “break” of sorts is going on, and we’re seeing how hard it is to handle.
John Cena was married for a couple of years to his high school sweetheart and it just didn’t seem to work out. So in real life, he has had issues with relationships due to his work. However, he is dating a WWE Diva, so things are a bit easier this time round.
We have seen plenty of WWE Superstars and Divas get together and even get married, so this is nothing new. It just seems that Cena does not want to jump into anything like marriage when he just came from a marriage that didn’t end very well. It is all understandable on his part, so Nikki would have to understand that.
While on the show Nikki and Cena are on a break, in real life the two seem to be happy and have been seen together quite often. So, don’t take everything you see on TV to heart. Total Divas is just as scripted as your normal Monday Night RAW or Friday Night SmackDown. It is simply Diva focused instead of wrestling focused.
John Cena clearly has a big role in Season 2 of Total Divas and we will have to see how the whole relationship thing plays out on screen. Currently, we see Nikki struggling with handling the idea that she may not have a future with him. Will she be able to handle it? Time will tell. I guess we have to stay tuned to the show to find out.
