Jennifer Lopez Wouldn’t Mind Seeing Ben Affleck, P. Diddy Drown

Jennifer Lopez apparently doesn’t think too highly of her ex-boyfriends.

Although the singer was joking her during recent interview on Power 106, chances are there was a hint of truth in her humor. If you’re curious to know what Lopez thinks about her previous beaus, folks need only to read between the lines.

While promoting her upcoming album, Big Boy asked Jennifer Lopez what she would do if Affleck and Diddy were in peril. She may have given her ex-boyfriends a gentle ribbing, but fans can’t help but wonder if she really holds any ill will towards these guys.

“You’re on a raft in the middle of the ocean. You look in the ocean, you see two people floating. You can only pull up one because that’s how much room you have on the raft. You look in the ocean, you see Ben Affleck and you see Diddy,” Big Boy asked the singer.

After a quick laugh, Jennifer Lopez gave her answer: “I’d let both drown.”

Ouch.

As everyone had a laugh, Lopez let listeners know that she was just having some fun at their expense. She continued, “That’s terrible! I’m just joking! Ben, Puffy, you know I love you. You know that. They know it.”

Ben Affleck previously explained that he still occasionally talks to his famous ex-girlfriend. They don’t go out of their way to contact one another on a regular basis, but they’re not bitter Hollywood enemies or anything.

“I touch base. I respect her. I like her. She’s put up with some stuff that was unfair in her life, and I’m really pleased to see her successful,” he previously said of Jennifer.

Of course, Jennifer Lopez didn’t just use her appearance on Power 106 to make fun of Affleck and Piddy. The American Idol judge also discussed last year’s world tour and upcoming album. Instead of dumping a ton of new material on her fans, Jennifer said she was content to sprinkle bits and pieces here and there.

“I just didn’t want to rush it. There was no need to rush it. Now we’re ready to start dropping little things… it was just organic stuff. Little by little,” the singer said, adding that she wanted the album and its release to be “organic.”
