Pharrell Williams: Performs At Future Music Festival

Pharrell Williams strikes again this weekend as he performed at the Future Music Festival Sunday. Williams performed his smash hit “Happy” at the Festival in front of 45,000 people. Pharrell was feeling so confident he gave the audience a peak of his physique when he lifted up his shirt while performing.

Williams was wearing a pair of cut off khaki shorts that showed off his tattooed calves, a white t-shirt, sneakers, and a beaded necklace. The famous pop star was looking stylish for the fans while performing under the Australian Sun.

Williams had given quite the performance by performing a series of his hit songs. The songs included “Frontin”, “Lapdance”, and “She Wants to Move.” Then he even performed songs that were written by other big artists such as Snoop Dogg’s “Beautiful”, Gwen Stefani’s “Hollaback Girl”, and Nelly’s “Hot N Herre”. After that he performed his most recent hits, Robin Thicke’s “Blurred lines”, and Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky”. Pharrell then finished off with his Oscar nominated smash hit “Happy.”

While Pharrell Williams was the headliner for the Future Music Festival, the other performances at the festival were Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, Deadmanu 5, Phoenix, and Cut Copy.

Williams is considered the king of pop due to his overwhelming success over the past couple of months. Williams has 22 years of experience in the music industry, and all that experience has finally payed off for him. Pharrell has been nominated for an Oscar, and has won and been nominated for many other awards. Not to mention he has been involved in all of 2013’s biggest hits, such as “Blurred Lines” and “Get Lucky”. Williams had thanked his fans by saying:

“ I continue to make songs and I think I’m getting a little better, I’m trying my best. Its the people ultimately at the end of the day that has lifted me as high as it is right now. I’ve never seen these heights before.”
