Jen Selter Says ‘I Want My Butt To Be Even Bigger!’ Makes $60K For 1 Tweet
Jen Selter, the internet butt queen, has no illusions as to the source of her current and seemingly sudden fame — her well-sculpted and hard-earned hind quarters. Now she tells InTouch Magazine that unlike most women who are constantly fretting over the side of their seats, she would actually like to enlarge her butt even more.
“If anything,” the 20-year-old Long Islander told the magazine, “I’d like to make mine a little bigger.”
Any why not? Her protruding posterior is the source not only of her newfound renown, which has exploded since a January 2 New York Post article called attention to her selfie-laden Instagram account on which she shows off her chief asset from every conceivable angle — though always in reasonably discreet fashion.
“Never,” Selter says, asked if she’d consider baring all, or at least her backside, for a photo shoot. “I like to keep my photos classy.”
Since the Post piece, Jen’s Instagram account has not only swelled from an already impressive 1.3 million followers to 2.5 million, it acquired such high-profile followers as Shaquille O’Neil and Selter’s favorite pop star, Rihanna.
But the Jen Selter keister is also the source of a new, and rather impressive revenue stream for the fitness maven. She reportedly can be paid up to $60,000 for plugging a product in a single tweet, or other social media posting.
The fact is, that’s hard-earned cash for Jen Selter. She’s a self-made woman, and that goes for her glutes as well. She didn’t always have the best butt on the ‘net, or even in her high school.
“I didn’t get attention for my body,” she says. “I never had a great butt or one that stood out.”
Developing her butt isn’t the only way Jen Selter has worked on her appearance. When she was 15 years old, she appeared in People Magazine in an article about teens who had plastic surgery. She had a nose job.
