Duggar Kid Has Second Baby, Clan Increases Again
Duggar kid Josh Duggar seems to be following in his family of origin’s fertile footsteps, adding a second child to his family less than two years after the birth of his daughter Mackynzie.
Duggar, 23, and wife Anna, 22, announced that the baby boy was born yesterday (June 15th) in the family’s Tontitown, Arkansas home just before 6PM. They did not announce further information about the baby, but say his name will follow the “M” theme, similar to how the more proliferate Duggars opted to name their children all names beginning with the letter “J.”
The new baby will join his father and 18 aunt and uncles on the popular TLC property 19 Kids and Counting about the Duggar family. MSNBC says the younger Duggar couple experienced a miscarriage before the birth of their latest child:
The first Duggar grandson is a special blessing for Josh and Anna, who suffered heartbreak last year when their first attempt to add a second child to the family resulted in a miscarriage. The Duggars, who are regular guests on TODAY as they update their ever-growing clan, kept the pregnancy a decided — and very large — family affair. Josh and Anna left it to matriarch Michelle to receive the ultrasound and break the news to them that they were having a boy.
The elder Mrs. Duggar, at 44, says adding more children to their already huge family isn’t out of the question either, despite complications during her last pregnancy.
