Michael Vick, Bow Wow Start Hair Products Business
Michael Vick has confirmed that he is starting a new business venture alongside rapper Bow Wow entitled, Wave Masterz, which will manufacture hair products.
The NFL player, who is currently a free agent, took to Twitter to launch the company, announcing:
Follow the next BIG thing, my business venture: @WaveMasterz #TeamVick

The Wave Masterz website, which is still in its infancy, suggests that they will be selling skull caps, durags, pomade and brushes, while it also hints that a celebrity launch tour will take place to boost promotion too. However, tickets for this event, as well as Wave Masterz’s various products, are still yet to be made available online.
Two weeks ago, Vick even Tweeted a message of support to his Wave Masterz business partner:
My @WaveMasterz partner, @YMCMB_BW, aka Bow Wow, host of @BET‘s @106andpark, and I are on his @BowWowApp! Get on it! http://t.co/0ipvYn3ocj

Meanwhile, Twitter users have taken to their own accounts to register their shock at the surprise collaboration:

Bow Wow should be careful though because Vick doesn’t have the best track record when it comes to financial investments.
Despite the fact that he has signed million dollar contracts with the Atlanta Falcons and Philadelphia Eagles, Vick declared himself bankrupt in 2008, after creditors discovered that he had debts of between $10 million and $50 million.
Poor management, bad investments and lawsuits drained Vick’s finances, and then this news was compounded when he was imprisoned for 21 months after he admitted his involvement in an illegal dog fighting ring that had been in operation for five years.
Meanwhile, the 33-year-old former quarterback might have to juggle his new commitment while working for either the New York Jets, or Tampa Bay Buccaneers after he was linked to the two teams over the last few days.
