Its Official – Dr. Conan O’Brien Graduates With Honors

A day packed with honor ceremonies saw Conan O’Brien officially awarded an honorary Doctor of Arts this afternoon at Dartmouth’s graduation ceremony in the heart of New Hampshire for his work in, well the arts.

After praising the hard working students for their work in receiving their degrees, Conan went on to joke to the student body…

Dartmouth is giving me the same degree for interviewing the fourth lead in Twilight.

Conan who is a graduate of Harvard is clearly at the top of the talk show game right now with his late night show on TBS “Conan” the 2011 winner of the People’s Choice Award. Conan has been nominated for at least one Emmy award since 1996 an impressive feat.

In the same awards ceremony, Former president George W. Bush was also awarded an honorary degree.
