Harry Styles reportedly received some dating advice from Simon Cowell. In short: The One Direction singer should proceed with caution when venturing into the land of the Kardashians.
If you don’t keep up with the finer details of celebrity gossip, then you probably missed the blurb about Harry Styles and Kendall Jenner and their budding romance. However, not everyone is particularly thrilled about the situation.
One person who feels Styles is possibly taking a wrong turn is One Direction mastermind Simon Cowell. According to the folks at the Star — a publication with a questionable track record when it comes to delivering hard facts — Cowell thinks the singer needs to take a serious look at the situation.
“Simon knows Harry and Kendall’s relationship is great for One Direction’s profile, but he’s wary of Harry being sucked into the Kardashian circus. He warned him that won’t do him any favors long-term,” an anonymous source explained.

While Simon Cowell wants Harry Styles to take is slow with Kendall Jenner, word around the internet suggests that Kris Jenner is extremely happy with their relationship. Of course, she’s possibly looking at things from a business standpoint.
“Kris has always seen her children’s relationships as business opportunities, so she wants him on the show. She insisted Kendall talk to him about it and has also made inroads, explaining what a great opportunity it would be for him,” another inside dished.
Simon Cowell isn’t the only one who’s worried about Harry Styles dating Kendall Jenner. Other reports suggest that One Direction’s managers aren’t exactly happy with the fact that the singer is falling in love with the reality TV star.
“She seems to have cast a spell over Harry and it’s disrupting other areas of his life because he’s always wanting to spend time with her or chat with her on the phone when they’re apart. It’s causing a lot of unrest,” a different anonymous source explained.
Another inside added, “His management think that she is a huge distraction and are very concerned without the amount of time he’s been spending with her. They want him to focus on the music right now because he’s so big, and have told him not to get too serious with Kendall.”
